I went to pick-a-part today and got a new dash, unpluged the old and pluged in the new one. can't beleive I didn't do this before! It works a treat. Thank you heaps! ;) :)

I already have a pair of regular vice grips. What i might do is heat the paint a bit, use the rubber mallet to start the bend then finish it off with the vice grips to get it tight. Thanks to all for your comments :( Cheers, John

Yeah it only started rubbing when i got my new mags. The original tires were 165 13". New ones are 195 15" I'll have to check these out... cheers :(

Yeah it does give me the shits about not having a tacho, I was going to put one in but i thought i need to put in a rev cable from the dizzy or something. The CSX that i got the seats from still has the dash and it's in overrated condition. i might go there next week and get it. Thanks :)

I don't mind geelong, good drive down there.. just not the e-tag and fixed speed camera's. Where ever we choose to go some people will have to drive further than others. How does geelong sound for a cruise on 3rd August?

Ive been to their web site and i emailed them. 1 month without a reply so i sent another email, again no responce so i called hitashi in japan and they gave me a number to call sydney parts, i told them the situation i'm in and they said they will call me back if they find some software coz this camera is about 8 months old now, it might be hard to get a copy. Its been about 4 days now and no call back :lolcry:.

Yeah i got my clutch redone last week, I paid someone to do it coz i have know idea how to do that stuff myself, (i'm just a humble house painter lol) It wasn't doing anything weird like what your saying just slipping and reving heaps in 3rd, 4th, and 5th when i put the foot to the floor.

technology and little brothers gives me the shits. I had a 8mm VHS video camera and a pentium3 laptop, can't get video's on youtube. So i bought a new HHD video camera, cost me about $1000. Problem is it wont run on my old laptop coz it's too slow. ;) So i bought a brand new Centrino Core2 duo laptop 2ghz with 2gigs of ram, cost $1500. Now that i have the new computer my bloody little brother fatally scratched my install cd for the video camera. :lolcry:

Get the rust fixed asap!! then get a rwc from a mate and get it in your name or if you know the people real well then give them the money to get another 12 months reg on it now then you got all the time you need and you don't have to stuff around with going to vic roads, that's if your from vic..
