A heater, even if it's just a small one to take the chill off the air DO NOT buy one like a gas heater unless you want to blow up Fan one are not good ether coz it will blow too much shit around and land on your fresh paint Get a oil fin heater and keep it on for days That will dry out any moisture in the air and your car will heat up at room temp too you don't want wam air and a cold car coz that would cause problems too

It's not a good idea to paint in temperatures below 20c and with it being winter it never seems to get any warmer than 14c, well thats what the weather here is in melbourne the paint might dry flat (not shiny) and my also not bond to the surface very well and could flake or crows feet

How is the painting going? Does it worry you that it's cold or do you have a heater in the garage for the paint?

I was in ringwood on wednesday night and thought i would try out the new eastlink freeway (while it's free) and i drove all the way down to frankston and mornington. I went to the royal hotel,http://www.theroyal.com.au/ but I got there too late and it was shut. It was right on the waterfront and there's another bar right next to it called KIRKS ON THE ESPLANADE. I went in there and talked to the Manager and told her that i'm a member of a car club and thinking about having lunch here. I said roughly about 25 people will be coming. I got recomended to go there by two diferent mate's. I think they are pretty good, first time i been there and i was very happy with their service. I told them I was a member of rollaclub and i would give them a plug so (ACE exhuasts in croydon are tops!) Hope the mods don't mind..

It's pretty loud, much deeper of course. It has a little bit of a gargle sound when you use the gears to slow down arouind corners and stuff. I think it sounds hot when you take off from the lights chirp second gear... Mad! :yes: It's had a fairly big power increase, maybe like 10-15% better. When you put the foot down you can feel the power now. The only thing bad about it is that it drones a bit when you sit at 100kph but it's not too bad. Oh yeah, I made a car alarm go off when i was going through a car park :D

I got there at 11:55am, dropped my car off and left at about 12:10pm

I just got home now, new exhuast is fitted and it's sounding more like a beast now.. He he Well it was going to cost me $230 and i was supplying my own chrome tip... Problem is the tip was too big and looked like shit in the car so i payed extra and got a brand new double chrome tip so that was then costing me $330 total but then half way through the job they rang me and said my catelic converter is stuffed and leaking so i got a high flow cat put on as well. So all up it cost me $550 total but it's really nice and give the car a bit more power I'll post up a vid soon so you can hear it.
