  1. I've read the build up on that TE27 off the Toyota 3TC forum. Awesome piece of machinery.
  2. I think everyone should do a new round of Ninja Pics! I'm gonna go do one and upload it!
  3. Why have I not seen your ferrets? And when can I come see your ferrets and catch up for a drink? :D
  4. So back on '07, Valandor and I had an idea that we'll make a tally for those who attend events in the SA region. If people were happy to put in 5 bucks each, there was going to be an award or trophy for the most active member for 2007. Conditions: For a person to be eligible, they'd have to sign up on the sign-in sheet, drive the cruise and/or attend the event afterwards (if one is planned). Not many were keen on the idea as the tally below shows. Anyway, tally is as follows: Raven (RL) - 1 Valandor (RL) - 1 Robert - 1 Flippen_Crazy - 1 Soulsearcher - 1 CD_Rollaman - 1 **chump** - 1 ToDa30/4 - 1 So Jono was nice enough to reignite this topic, so now its up for discussion. Read below and have your say :)
  5. Tis a tidy wagon. Saw this myself at the start of the cruise but the kids driving it didnt bother coming along. Any reason why?
  6. Uh no, Its alternate picking, lots of triplets, and quad notes strung together. But hey, you're into punk. You wouldnt know what that is :D
  7. I hate lead guitar actually  Hence the syncopated rhythms. Do you know what syncopation is? :D
  8. The lines don't expand when pedal pressure is applied therefore a better feel of the braking system. True you could upgrade your rotors or pads but for a better feel on standard brakes, braided lines are the way to go.
  9. Same shit. Punk is even worse. No wonder you and I have such different musical tastes. You prefer the standard 4 chord progression :D
  10. Nope. Sure wasnt. I've played at the underground with my old shitty band before though. Thing I can't stand about gheycore, I mean hardcore, is the chugga chugga breakdowns. Show some musicianship :D
  11. I know the vocalist from Double Dragon. Closed Casket I also know the vocalist of but can't get into their music at all. Just not my thing. Too many blast beats. All I'll say is that my band uses syncopated rhythms so I like doing awesome guitar rhythms and having the drums follow the pattern. Very Fear Factory in parts.
  12. Ew, hardcore *shudders* We're still writing songs. You'll just have to wait till we're ready before I give the name away :D
  13. Everyone's in a band! Before Slapper asks me, I'm a rhythm guitarist for a metal band in Adelaide :D
  14. Nice burnout. Puts another burnout corolla to shame that I know of :D Just gonna suck when he has to repaint the rear quarters from the rubber killing the paintwork.
  15. Yeah wtf? Rice? Me thinks love_ke70 is on some serious drugs. If they improve the performance of your braking, then thats a positive, not a negative dude. I'd love to have more responsive brakes just by changing from standard to braided lines.
  16. Bring ya camera next time then lol. You said you would've had a perfect shot from one of the corners :D
  17. Haha, ok. I wont crack jokes about women having balls then....shit, I just did! ;)
  18. Unfortunately no pics cos I didnt have the money for camera batteries and Sam had to bail, so no Olympic Edition KE70 pics either. Will bring the cam to the next event which hopefully will be paintball ;)
  19. Raven replied to Jared's topic in SA / Adelaide
*sniffs* Do i smell Initial D wannabe's on the Mountain? ;)
  20. Yeah and? ;) Wear protective clothing :P
  21. I think we're talking real skirmish Lesley - Paintball style... ;) There are a few places to go. One is at Port Adelaide. Its in a warehouse with overturned cars for protection, music cranked and dimly lit with flashing lights n stuff. The second is up the Freeway at Strathalbyn. Its a big open field with bases trees, tyres and stuff from what I've been told. The third that I know of is on the way to Victor Harbour. The Army use it as their training ground. :P
  22. I plan on getting a proper buff (as I used to use one when I was detailing for Metro Holden in the New and Used Car Departments) as they are freakin' awesome and your arms don't drop off after 4 hours of cutting and polishing because it only takes 1 hour to do it all ;)
  23. Cheetah Alarm systems are fairly decent too. Autobarn here in Adelaide installed them but I don't know of a price off the top of my head.
  24. Ooo, skirmish. Never done that before but always wanted to do it. ;)
