  1. Best et so far was only on a shake down pass on pump fuel radial tyres, need to tech it before i can run again which i am currently in the process of doing. It ran 10.30 @ 140, was a shite pass the vid is on youtube if you search for OKE020. I started sneaking up on the tune with some c16 but shat a turbo on the weekend. Its basically capable of 1000hp at the flywheel so will have the power to run an 8 eventually not sure if the car knows it yet haha. It runs a 2 speed powerglide. The brake master i reversed and mounted up under the dash

  5. That looks freakin tops! all the rear end fruit is there too!, anti roll bar setup made a huge difference on mine, supposed to be the shit on a 4 link setup too. What state are you in?

    ANK competition engineering after market housings are not much more than what most people want for a housing these days 8/ 13BT_KE20 its my fav stock colour, i can't exactly match the 2jz corolla paint colour, the actual colour from the paint code is a fair bit brighter. Not sure what the go is there

    Ha ha its the mustard assault. Colour is toyota bamboo d3 if you're looking for it you know you want to 8/ going to do a few laps at the powercruise powerplay thing on saturday, then tech the following week then to the track.

    Hey mate limiter at the moment is set to 8800rpm, engine should be capable of another 1000 on top of that but no need thus far.

    first you have to be able to transfer the power to the rollers without slip, then dyno restarders have a maximum power handling ability, the bigger dynos will use twin retarders to handle close to 2000hp. You'll never tune a top fuel motor on any dyno purely as they wont last one pull :yes:

    I put this on the dyno today at Godzilla Motorsport on c16 fuel, was having trouble getting the power down on the rollers so stopped at 28psi, will have to tune more boost on the track. Here is the dyno sheet and here is a vid

  19. But cutting the mounts off a diff, flipping it 180 and welding it all back up is somewhat appealing to me :)

  21. Same in QLD, no service stations have it, but can get the v8 supercar spec stuff in drums. Am still deciding whether to put my 2jzeee on e85 or c16, 109 octane is like $210 for 20 litres, stuff knows what c16 is now. How much are you getting e85 20l drums for?

  23. much more sophisimocated too, variable cam timing / runner length (poosibly) not to mention bulk $$$ spent by honda in tuning every last horsepowers from it
  24. Was thinking the other night the na s2000 donk is rated at 184kw so could do the 150rwkw reliably maybe, although cuts are expensive probably ultimately cheaper than building something to do similar. Pretty sure the s2000 engine spins clockwise too. 6 speed box too :)
  25. 13.5:1 comp, what street legal fuel will this be using?
