  1. The fact still remains that stock wheel nuts fit TRX rims, so whatever thread you have on your car, a stock set of wheel nuts off whatever car shares that thread pattern would have worked.
  2. Also not a huge rotor fan, but hey, can't argue with results!!! Awesome car mate, good of you to share some pics...Any engine bay shots though? :y:
  3. You've probably said, but I didn't see it? But why did you put a commodore radiator in it?
  4. What sort of fuel tank do u have, because I used to fit 50 litres in my KE30
  5. Dyno day....ESP in Queanbeyan, supras and a 4AGZE KE30 :D Sunday
  6. If my presence here annoys you....my job is done :D
  7. Grinder is only good for lowering cars haha I also had, like 245/50/16s on the back of my wagon...or maybe 235s...either way they were f@$kin wide
  8. My wheels touched the guards, with a small lipping they cleared perfectly....if they came out any further I wouldn't have been able to turn the front wheels
  9. Are you talking about mine? If so, what do you mean?
  10. Jordan owns this car, he used to work at Pharleys. The blue wagz is a KE38, 230rwkw 4AGTE in it...Nice bloke too, f@$k that thing moves. He took me for a drive....lotsa fun
  11. Hey, your mum thinks I am beautiful, and thats all that matters to me buddy
  12. I've had as large as 215/40/17 on a set of 17 x 7's on my KE35
  13. I've had TRX rims on my corollas for years, including on my KE36 just like yours, and have always used the stock corolla wheel nuts. They fit perfectly and have never had a wheel come loose/off, nor done any damage
  14. My favourite thing about this car is the engine rebuild taking place in the kitchen!!! Gold
  15. With the later model guages, the numbers and letters are raised, So you simply paint the entire guage the colour you want, and then use a small paint brush or something similar to go over the raised letters/numbers in the desired colour. Pretty simple really. I did my first set of these about 8 years ago, just used globes with blue coloured socks though as LED's weren't as readily available.
  16. I'd make other arrangements for that month John...no one is really interested. Thanks though
  17. VERY nice...Lovin those rims
  18. I highly doubt that would have been me spinning back wheels :) And ur MR2 is NICE!!
  19. Anything can be slipped through. My last KE55 had a 5K in it, and it passed rego because no one noticed. Legally (in ACT) a 5K into ANY corolla needs to be engineered. It doesn't matter what engine came out of what, and what it is in now, the rules are based on the increase in percentage from factory spec engine (in ACT) so if your car came with a 3K, you can only use an engine that is 15% bigger than 3K. If it's a 4K, 15% is JUST smaller than a 5K, so technically it is not legal. I personally don't care, and have risked it many times, along with a SC'd 5K in a car that came with a 3K, so it just depends on how much you want to risk.
  20. :) Yelena...she polish my turbo Priceless
