efi fuel setup is going to be needed hilux diffs are supposed to be pretty solid half/full cage you will have to get cams approved engine mounts should just be a bit of metal fabrication you will need the hydro clutch setup (if its auto you will need a pedalbox) look for sr s13 front struts, as sr's have better brakes than ca ones (going coilovers or not?) front suspension should be easy, but you can't run negative offset as s13 struts give wack offset thats just off the top of my head you should read as many buildup threads to estimate cost and time spent on these types of conversions not trying to discourage you but its a fair bit of work
