ok guys , here is another update, well as october 14th gets closser i have made a few adjustments to my air intake insted of running a single 3 inch inlet to the twin carbys ,it is now 2.5 inches per carby. so hopefully that should feed the carbys alot better. as for my bonnet here is another happy snap its just waiting now for clear an it shall be back on the car. also this week ive made a new 3 inch exhaust to throw out the gasses a little smoother , which shoots them out the passenger side along with some huge flames when i back off on the throttle from big revs. ok tell what you think of my bonnet so far , so i can tell the guy who did it :P , an make him happy cause I'm very happy with it so far :P ok later adam

oh , beerhead you are not wrong there bud , i Fu#$n hate it :D . forever tuning the bastard but goes hard ,absolutly luv it when runing killer. as for when it pops , i was looking at the 2jz but time will tell , may even start another project with it. an lappy , yeah should be on the car , when the bonnets finished , mmm say1- 2 weeks from now . hey there lesley, yeah i seem to have probs with that as well , try google an type in gazzanationals should send you straight there, hemi 6 , don't worry about the blower belt coming off, just leave it. so that way ive got nothing to worry about on the day :P can't wait 5 weeks till show time . :y:

ok couple of more pics this one is of the back seat , all i did was vinyl spray it and wa-la a grey seat , looks better than i expected! next two pics to show i painted this myself , i have a lot of photos of the build up, but i wont post them all but ill try find the original photo of this car before i attacked it , then one when it was blue

yeah thanks guys, i would luv a quarter mile time, outer her but local drag strip has been shut down due to selling an shit , :lock: but a similar motor to what i have got pulled 12.3sec in a hj ute, with a powerglide an a 9 inch . so i shoud be around that figure but who knows - wait an see i guess!!! cheers adam ;)

nah coln72 , the hole that is cut out is i think for a water way which heats it up , but I'm yet to find the head that has the water outlet for it , but there is the balace tube between the two carbys which is untouched. cheers adam willhav1kikassrolla PM sent

hi guys thought its about time i start to show off my 20. she is my pride an joy , i have done the whole thing myself from painting the car , fitting a holden turbocharged 6 cyl 4 speed , to custom interior , and all the electronics of her. i compete in most burnout comps , but as I'm still new to the turbo side of things i come along small problems , such as fuel pressures too low ,or too high , blowing gear boxes ( slamming them into second don't help) so when all the crap is sorted out it should be a real show stopper! the ins an outs motor - holden black 3.3 ,solid turbo grind cam (mild) electronic dizzy hooked up with rev limiter an cdi unit with msd coil an 9 mm leads, high flow pump an oil filter, powerbond harmonic balancer , twin 1 3/4 su carbys being fed by carter fuel pump, to4 turbo on strata 2 series manifolds currently running with 12psi boost , runs with 3mm decompression plate between head an block. has big valves big ports . est. 350hps at flywheel . gearbox - nothing fancy just an aussie 4 speed new oil new seals , holding on with extreme pressure plate an heavy duty pad. custom tail shaft to a borg warner ke 30 diff which is weld locked . interior is custom - new door panels , resprayed rear seat , RCI race seats in the front , custom stainless dash with autometer tacho , redline gauges , in car boost controller , cdi unit is mounted on the dash for easy access to rev limiter. body - colour is a ford escort factory colour i forget the name , but it looks cool, 15x6 csi wheels with 195/50/15 tyres all round front brakes are ke 55 but still looking for much better option ,suspension still stock but justed lowered a little pics of wheels are on my avatar not a good shot , ok that will do for now il write more an alot more pics as well cheers adam

hey wilhav1kikassrolla, as much as you are keen about this little project, getting twin carbys on your car may be a little quicker if its k motor manifold you want, :y: as i have a twin carby manifold with linkages just sitting in the shed . ;) i will try get some pics over the weekend, may help you out for your set up fabrication or for the right price i may sell it! cheers adam
