    i don't think you can pull the gearbox out with the engine? maybe you can, not sure. ke35 have a removable radiator support witch makes it a piece of piss!

    glad to hear it running. question - theres a hard brake line that runs down the drivers wheel arch? wtf is that for? my mate said it was something to do with power bleeder for the clutch?

    i was thinking running a ramflow and running the stock airbox ontop of it . what weber officer? :fuzz: thats the std carby

    ive got a sandwitch filter on my weber. is there more induction in the ramflow filters? are they illegal? (due to soaked in oil?)

    how much did the rav4 shockers set you back? massive improvement over stock?

    try a simple clutch bleed? so if your in gear and foot on the clutch. the clutch will slowly engage and you'll take off?

    the problem seams too much clearance between the bearing and the cone. couldnt you simply put shims behind the bearing therefore pushing it against the cone = less movement? +1 for doesnt sound like the centre

    if youve replace the wheel bearing and can still be able to get movement out the wheel SOMETHING AINT RIGHT EDIT - I'm not sure if you could shim the back of the bearing on these axles? therefore fixing the freeplay problem

    house paint, small artistic brush and a rag with petrol on it to clean the excess. remove the wheel when your doing it. SOOOOO MUCH EASIER!

    i couldnt stand the late ke55 lights!!!!! they made me want to projectile vomit! front suspension - 2 inch compressed springs - struts bent to 1.5 degree of negative camber thanks champ! tell that to my mates who reckon they look pov! :lolcry:

    updates - 4k in! - weber is on (need to play with the jets soon) - blew my rear muffler due to a monster key banger! replace it with a muffler from a VK wagon. dead silent and goes a tad better thats about it?

    ROFL! there was some girls i wanted to scare and did a great job of it! i tried doing another keybanger with the muffler split open. the bang could be felt thru the floor :lolcry:
