did you adjust the idle mixtures? screw on the bottom of the carby. screw it in till it runs rough then back it out half a turn. ilde should be around 800 manual 850 auto. timing around 10 degrees i currently got my timing set to around 12. idle around 700 and the idle mixtures set a little lean (has a mean idle :D)

update on dave's behalf. i lowered it on its ring. 2inch drop on the front end and flipped 2nd leaf on the rear. realised it was on its ass so we went and bought 4 14's off a corona with decent tread for $48? LOL! i saw daves hj in tucked in the corner so i test fitted the caps on my 55. witch sparked in the insanity! he said he might give it another lick of gloss black tomorrow if the weather is good

dude f@$k yea! are you gonna put any fake rust on it? i saw on the great outdoors. they got a pot, brushed it with copper filings and added some sort out oxidizing agent to it and made this pot look rusty in like 5mins! i was thinking on doing it on the next car :D fake rust. always better than real rust! edit - fake rust would look sick on a rat rod with a lighter paint scheme not black lol

does your heater still work? are the carbies tuned? if its pushing all the coolant in the overflow its a h/g. (my 5k did the same thing)

i rang that guy 12 times in one day? uhhh just do what I'm doing. buy a $130 o2 gauge. $20 for a o2 bung and $20 to get it welded up. monitor the air fuel gauge. play with jets till you get it perfect!

if you look on the inside of the boot near the latch. theres a big gold tab there. pry it out and the lock will pop out. with the doors. remove the door trim and there will be a gold tab holding them in place aswell. you have to unclip the plastic locking tab that secures the rod to the door latch. not that hard f@$k!

if i find another crown hubcap ill be keen. even if i don't ill be keen :D

i stuffed it up when i was recharging it. i had to swap the fittings around. swapped the fittings then just charged it up. DOH! forgot to vacc it down...
