  1. Found this in the shed. I LOL'd.
  2. Ooo, lesbian mullet on mullet action
  3. Oh, and Wacol? Its Way Cool. Plus I like that weird chemical smell you get while driving past the boat factory. I have relatives in Forest Lake and I go through Formation Street as there's no offramps from the Centenary or Logan into that area. Plus
  4. Hot... :blinks:
  5. Damn, I go past there pretty much every time I'm down in SEQ. That would be awesome if you can get a price on it. Postage for 48 cans from USA foods was nearly $40 to Cairns via Australia Post. Oh, and the gecko is still alive. I've rescued it out of the bottom of the can a few times.
  6. That's interesting. I've not seen it on a normal shop shelf since a brief period in the 90s. Only seen it online or in specialty stores. I've been ordering it online through USA Foods. The postage makes it very expensive ~$80 for 48 cans.
  7. Wow. Send wampa, receive dog. Quite a difference! Trev, are you saying that there's a servo in Ipswich that still stocks Dr Pepper? It was sold in Australia back in the 90's, but thanks to people like 7shades, it was withdrawn from sale. I guess it didn't taste enough like a yeast extract for most Ossies.
  8. Ok, this one needs a bit of a back-story. Recently I purchased a case of an imported American beverage that I have a taste for. Unfortunately, I'm not the only one who likes the stuff. On several occasions when I've gone out of the room for a moment, I've come back and picked up the can, gone to take a drink and noticed it vibrating strangely, like there was something swimming around in there. When I peered inside, I was rather horrified at what I found. Tonight I set up a sting to catch the culprit in the act. Bastard!
  9. The car was white, but when it was tragically killed by a hyundai excel, I transplanted it into a black body. The white mirrors were left as a tribute to its former self. Oh, and if you think they look bad now, I've got much worse planned for them yet...
  10. Today's efforts... And somehow we managed to replace a gearbox!
  11. Started cleaning up the engine in my project car. Its probably a waste of time, but it will look decent again for a little while. I'm using autosol, old t-shirts and a dremel with polishing wheel. Airbox done Trumpets done And started on one of the throttles. I'll remove the throttle bodies to clean them up properly.
  12. And when you do take it out, be careful. The metal edges on the back are razor sharp. Found that out the hard way.
  13. I wouldn't drive anything else.
  14. Much gravel was sprayed. Even by the luxobarge which came around the hairpin sideways.
  15. Passenger side headlight and parker are still crooked. Looking better than the abysmal job they did the first time though.
  16. This is how I read it whenever I see one of those. At least its convenient that the people on the road to watch out for are labelled as such. Back on topic, I liked your second design best. As suggested above, could try it with a smaller crown too.
  17. Photo update time! So far this year I've... Found innovative uses for ke70s. Chopped up a trueno then rolled it into a little ball. Added an oem lip to another one. And at long last, have this coming in the mail.
  18. I always undo the filler plug first. It sucks if you open the drain plug, watch all the oil flow out, then realise the filler is stripped or seized. Used a cold chisel to get the filler plug out of my T50. Whoever tightened it must have had a roid rage attack.
  19. Damn. I don't think he's going to be around much longer.
  20. Caroler Car-roller
  21. Told you there was a hobo living in my car!
