Trev Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 Yeah, its pretty crazy! Look at the Dash! thats gotta hurt! I wish I got a pic of the tree and the path of destruction the car left! There were bits of the guard and glass everywhere! The speed limit for the road is 70k's and there were no skidmarks at all... not good! This car isn't one of those cars the police put in places now and then to remind you of what can happen in a crash is it? As from photos no motor so prob a car from wrecker stripped so no parts of major use can be stolen. Also was there any damage to near by trees glass on road? But still even if it was acop set up hell of a hit took that car out once before..lol And yes should of grabbed the dash pad, wheels for burn out rims and other parts..lol fill the boot of ur car..lol Cameron Id say it was a real accident, But then why was it left there to have photo's taken and so on.. 4ages Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 Found this around the corner from my place thismorning... just had to stop and check it out! Not sure what happened to the driver but no blood inside was a good sign! Was gone this arvo.... probably drove it home  Pulls to the left... alot! ;) spare tail lights and rear bar anyone, keyless fuel door perhaps? Quote
anastasios Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 hm i was in an accident yesterday in an r33 that understeered into a vs commodore that wasnt fun Quote
TheNOBBLER[RL] Posted February 13, 2007 Author Report Posted February 13, 2007 Yeah, it was a real one... I had a good look at the car when I took the pics and it was a complete "runner", someone had already nocked off the cd player... or they took it out so it couldnt be stolen! It was tempting to grab parts (hell, it was around the corner from my place!) but I was late for tafe already! From what I could tell, the car hit the tree and kinda bounced off it and smashed into the kindergardens fence where it rests in the photos... bounced off it a bit though! its a good fence! The trail of parts it left told me it wasnt a setup... there were parts in the kinder playground! Quote
OniBerserker Posted February 13, 2007 Report Posted February 13, 2007 (edited) its probably stolen ae82s are little bit harder to steal than keXX's which says a lot Edited February 13, 2007 by OniBerserker Quote

PMP020 Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 Here's a commodore to top it that I found on a cruise here in SA a month or so ago  I'd say from the looks of it, a tree jumped out in front of him and then another tree ran up from behind and crash-tackled the back of the car :jamie: funni enough the guy who was in that crash survived. he had recently quit from my work down at christies beach, got a new job out yank somewhere. one day on the way to work he fell asleep. plowed straight into a tree. shattered almost everything below his hips, both arms, and his face pretty much caved in. but I'm telliing ya now hes up and walkin round, is no longer the pretty boy he once was, but thats one person who was supposed to live. god bless plastic surgery. cheers scott Quote

TheNOBBLER[RL] Posted February 16, 2007 Author Report Posted February 16, 2007 Scott, can't believe hes alive! thats crazy! Like you said, one person that was meant to live! good one too webbers, its already a flat back rolla... maybe they were going for a flat front too? Either way, its not good to see crashes like that. I was on my way home yesterday driving through peak hour traffic on the tulla fwy when I noticed a nice looking ae92ish rolla sedan, pulled along beside it and had a look when BANG... it ran up the ass of a ne falcon at about 60ks... bugger! I couldnt even stop because of the traffic! but the seemed ok? It happens that easily. Quote
