kickn5k Posted March 8, 2007 Report Posted March 8, 2007 My old man wants to buy a classic, after me getting my ke-11 on the road it seems he is a little jelous. weve be looking at a couple of datto 1600s but there either sr20 powered unfinnished projects for $18,000 plus or $4500 bog filled shitboxes. He showed interest in this car on j-spec if i could afford it id have another rolla but check it out ive finally seen one. So i am going to kill him if he lets this one slip. http://www.j-spec.com.au/list/index.php?ID=9068 all orig except wheels. stu. Quote

kickn5k Posted March 9, 2007 Author Report Posted March 9, 2007 WTF. i thought these were extremely rare here but there is two on the one site the same. I think i need to convert to TE-11 at least its period, and the guards toooooo...... Quote
Redwarf Posted March 9, 2007 Report Posted March 9, 2007 What it neglects to say is if it is the twin cam or single cam 1600. Quote
JiP Posted March 9, 2007 Report Posted March 9, 2007 I like the look of the 1972 model one. It has more appealing features, better grille, all the badging and most of all... its cheaper. Quote
Jono Posted March 9, 2007 Report Posted March 9, 2007 I like the look of the 1972 model one. It has more appealing features, better grille, all the badging and most of all... its cheaper. its only 1300 difference over 16900, seeing them in person would be ideal. it looks like a small dent on the passenger quarter of the first one.
