Means it has the TRD upright kit fitted to the motor (Brings the motor into a more upright position) Also different intake manifold for the twin carbs..

this might be a stupid question, but what are the advantages up twisting the motor a few degrees? shurely can't give more horse power? you would also have to redrill the bell housing too :S wouldnt you?

Yes it does increase HP, It stops oil pooling in the head and also gives a lot more clearance between the engine and the strut tower.. And the turn is not that great that you need to redrill the bellhousing..
