We had a couple of rollaclub members turn up on Saturday, thanks guys for coming around.

Anyhow, we're in the process of fixing a few little issues and damage from the rally the other weekend.

Had to make a new rear panel again, but this is a lot easier than trying to straighten the old steel one.

The muffler was binned after we found it had blown it's guts out, it now has a 21/2" instead of a 21/4", extractors had to be removed as one of the heat shields had fallen off and needed to be replaced, apperantly the co-driver doesn't like thier boots melting.

Carbs were removed and clean, Tony found a little water in one of them.

The rear caliapers have been rekitted but it looks as though we will replace them as one of the nipples is weeping, also it got new TRD pads.

The driveshaft was sent of to be retubed today, it had a bad vibration and Hardy Spicer said it was on it's last legs, not bad for 15yrs of rallying.

And finally have a new sticker on the car, so it doesn't look so plain anymore

We've been getting the car ready for it's next rally in 2 weeks, and we had a score today. we'd always thought the Diff was a kenki, until we changed the axle and discovered the axle was too small, decided to have a measure up and YES we have a kouki diff. The guy we orginally brought the diff off said it was a zenki with a TRD 2way LSD. Now we have two spare Zenki axles to get rid of.

New tail shaft is all fited along with new brake pads.

Relcated the speedo drive for the digital dash to read off the tail shaft as the wheel probe is F**ked.

Only thing we have to do now is fix the wiper motor, strangely enough it started to make some strange noises, pulled it apart and found one of the magnets had come adrift from the housing, from factory they are glued in, at least it's an easy fix.

Sump guard was fitted after a final nut and bolt check. Hoping to get some dyno time this week, and then on saturday head for Toowoomba for a wheel alignment.
