Cheers guys. :y:

Ollie will be taken care of and respected when she's completed and on the road -- from both me and dad. :)

We know how easy it is to install a windscreen, and we've read how people have done it, but we need to get a windscreen, and we want to get it fitted professionally.

Next to do OURSELVES is the roof lining so we can bolt/screw down the Sunroof. But, we gotta wait till next weekend -- pending on weather conditions.

We've got a few responses so far (here and fb), so I'll get dad to call them up, and also give O'Brien a ring for a quote. :)

Today was a bit busy, and the only car-related thing we did today, was buy 2 sets of L-Plates. One set for the EWT-mobile (VT Wagon), and the other set for Mum's VZ Berlina (which I think is the Best Automatic Learner's Car). :)

Well done Josh! Your gonna love driving after all your hard work!

Thanks man. As far as time goes, this project probably won't be finished (or on the road to be specific) until next year I reckon. :)

Called someone tonight for a Windscreen for Ollie. He's gonna come up and do it on Friday Night. New windscreen fitted (we supply the rubber), as well as the back window fitted, for $180 all up. :)

Been reading your thread since it got started and I first joined bud, you have an inspirational wagon, the quality of which I hope to get close to at some point, and I can only imagine how proud you're going to be rollin' down to your local shopping centre, knowing that no other 16y.o has a respectable Rolla like yours ;)

Enjoy being in the saddle, and don't (unlike myself and many others) abuse your privilege of enjoying our roads :) I learnt the hard way and only just got my license back Thursday just gone. It's painful if your not careful.

Can our wagon's get together and make hybrid Rolla wagons of awesome?

Glad you didnt end up going through O'Briens, they overcharge & do sloppy work with cars in my opinion. A friend of mine now works for them, he never believed how overpriced they were until now & no I can't even get mates rates lol. His boss wondered why they didnt get much 'car club etc' work & was told simple, you're too expensive, stick to insurance work.

Congratulations on passing your licence test, you did better than me, I instant-failed my first attempt :P Take heed of what SkidzMGee has said, you'll be able to enjoy your car more if you resist temptation. But given the effort/work you've put in, I doubt you'll risk her safety
