Yeah, never deal with plazmaman.

Their products might be good but the guy on the front desk answering the phones is ʞ©$ɟed to deal with. Ended up building my throttle body the wrong way round so they had to re do that, that is now at specialised power porting as we have decided to cut the top of the mani and go a front facing plenum for packaging reasons.

Other than that, just organising odds and ends and trying to find time myself to do more and get the rest of the fab work finished by luke at motorfab who just can't help but keep doing other peoples jobs haha.

Never use Luke at Motorfab.

 

I have a new fab guy and we are moving on.

 

wheels are getting ordered for the rears at 11.5" wide, widening the volk racing meshies, going to roll metal guards for the car, custom harmonic balancer is looking promising, all things are looking up

Anyone know why notifications do not work anymore? I am obviously subscribed to this thread, but don't get email notifications anymore...for any threads...

Been a lot of issues with the forum. Lots of people unable to register as well. I'm sure the site software needs a tune up but Irokin isnt really interested in keeping it up to date and I don't have the know how.

I don't get pm notifications anymore either.

It is the same on toymods, I wonder if it is a software issue, definitely would be reducing your traffic, I tried to change my email and the validation emails never come through.

I have a guy who seems VERY good, and is quoting it up and will work almost exclusively on the car until it done including panel and paint.

Thanks mate, not sure if you read the whole thing, I ended up importing a 2 door from the states and getting it registered after the one I was building went swimming in the Ipswich floods. If you are organised and good with paperwork and dealing with ʞ©$ɟwith Americans it's probably easier and more cost effective, if you're good with metal, by all means convert your own. I still cannot thank elvin enough for all the hard yards he did for me getting for a car without a title out of the state's by getting the title reissued by state not county police. I could not have done it without him on my side!
