Hey i would lake to acquire a 4k workshop manual, digital preferably, is there one on this forum site or does anyone know where i can acquire one? free preferably?

Got my Gregorys from a Militaria shop in Kingaroy while up there on a working holiday. Lots of old and odd books strewn everywhere out the back.

 

You might try any 2nd-hand bookshop, the older and untidier the better!

 

Don't get a Gregorys! Too simple!

 

There is an AE86 one online, I took a copy a year back. Hundreds of pages to print, but it is a genuine Toyota workshop manual.

Got my Gregorys and Yellow Book (Toyota engine manual) on eBay for probably a grand total of $40. The Gregorys come up all the time on eBay, and whilst they may skim over some things they are better than nothing. Yellow Books etc are a bit rarer though (but not unobtainable)

Cool idea bro. Hell I could scan my whole gregorys and put it up on here. Got an insane scanner/printer at work, which can save to usb... hmmmm.

i bought a gregorys from Cash converters, it's to simple. I was looking for toyota repair books(green book) or toyota engine manuel for the 4kc. i just needed the vac diagrams. But i have mates that are mechanics and i just get vacc to fax over the pages i need.

I could sell mine and Gregorys will get no money from the sale.

 

I could copy it and give a copy to a friend and Gregorys will get no money

 

I could load it up to a private server or a passworded area of any forum and Gregorys would make no money.

 

but post it up here for us all to look at and they get upset!

All three of those would be copyright infringements.

As good as the internet is, sometimes you just have to put your hand in your pocket and pay for something.

And they initial lay out is peanuts if it saves you screwing something up and creating more expense.

 

If it saves you going to a mechanic just once it will pay for itself and then some.
