Hey you got any photos of your engine mounts. Mine sits to high and solid mounted atm, i wanna change my one up a bit

Nah just got some shifty chopped up things atm. Going to redo then decent when I put this ecotec in

diff is almost complete needs two more mounts and paint and then gets put in.

made progress on the parts car got it running ace and deleted the powersteering pump and a/c with a belt off a bmw.

also hoping to pick up a sc14 for it so i can get that all sorted while i tackle redoing the engine mounts and driveshaft

then its just front coilovers and shes ready can't beleive its getting this close now. couple hours each arvo and it will be done in no time

So I kinda ʞ©$ɟed up big with the diff. Was putting it in finally and noticed that the breather was on the bottom of the diff. Realised I had welded all the mounts on upsidedown. Face palm.

Managed to salvage it but. But cutting the front and rear faces off it and turning the 180° so the diff will turn the right way. Just going to cut the breather off and weld it on top and patch the hole. Same with the drain plug that's currently sitting on top of the diff

happens to the best of us...

What diff you using?

Some hilux diff my uncle gave me. Has no marking in it so dunno what one exactly but seems to be 4.3 or close to it.

Is that a 5 stud diff?
