Yep- ...and how much of a motor conversion can you do yourself?? You need to be able to make all sorts of brackets and fittings from steel, or pay a lot of money for an engineer to do it.

 

Some are definately easier and hence cheaper to do, while the cost of the motors may not vary that much.
