OMG! I GOT THE JOB! I am now an apprentice engine reconditioner with Engine Engineering rocklea. Start on monday on a 3 month trial (standard for all apprenticed). Provided myself and the employer are happy after that I move onto a full 4 year apprenticeship. I would like to send a BIG should out to Nick. I would like to fix up the blue corolla, but i simply don't have the resources, space, money or time to do it. Durning this year when people get out to various events, we should try and get as much video foot-ige (new word) as possible so we could make some sort of yearly video which has clips from all the events we have gone to ! OK guys, for the past few days Ive been working on my new head. I'm porting it myself first...before any other work happens so that if I breach the port walls I havent lost $200 on spring and valve work. Ive been using my "dremel" I picked up from supercheap for $39 My advice is don't waste your money on these. Spend over $100 and get yourself a decent die grinder. Mine overheats frequently and has other issues...such as bearing shake (have to hold the case so that it doesnt vibrate and loose rpm. Just spend the extra money and get it right the first time!!

Well I thought I'd throw some rims on my rolla to see what would look good...seen as I'm doing the stud conversion now (yippie :)) So here she is with nicks old rims from his sprinter.
