rolla stayed like this for ages, until my stupidity, putting too wide a tyre on the rear, smashed all the bog and rust out of the guards, the whole car was in realy poor shape, it looked ok from a distance, but really needed some work there was more rust that needed to be sorted too, so i pulled it off the road to fix it up. got a bit into fixing it and then i lost interest (body work is balls) and i was having trouble with what to do with one on the rear guards, it was really bad it sat like this for nearly 18 months, then a Tate's wedding, i got some motivation back, and i needed it done for the 5th GOR cruise so i went like a cut cat, fixed all the bodged repairs 2pac primed wet sanding got scared of wrecking all my hard work and got a friend to paint it for me, all taped up ready to go

hi guys a lot of you would already know my car or remember it from my conversion thread, but i thought i better do a real rides thread ive got a whats started out as a beaten up old ke55, which i thought was awesome at the time, which had a stolen 3t-c with extractors and 32/36 weber on it it went OK but the t50 was farked and the whole stolen thing put a gigantic spanner in the works, so a mate of mine was doing a ca18det convo on his de powered s13, and i bought everything he didnt need any more for the massive sum on $300 so the stolen motor and shitty box came out to make way for the ca18de (also painted the bay green, i was going to paint the this colour, hok lime time pearl, which the rest is for sale if anyone wants it) gearbox cross member fuel system and boot trimmings were done running xt130 struts, pug rotors and hilux calipers with coil over sleeves things were good for a while once i got engineers and rego, but then started breaking diffs so upgraded to a t series from a ra60, went in nicely, but as it turns out ive got it a little twisted in there, ill be fixing this soon put my chrome lensos off my pulsar on it

had windscreens put in today, little annoyed at the shit job, but that what ya get some times, the stains on the paint better cut out or the bloke that did will be getting some "goodwill"thrown his way will be driving the rolla tomorrow, off for a wheel alignment, then all Wednesday finishing things off hopefully looking really f@$king tough, can't wait also, bloke came into work on the weekend and said there was a detour around the closed bit of the road, was a pain and narrow roads, but we'll deal with that when we come to it i suppose, its all sign posted so no issues there paul -

toby is one here, his screen name is .T. pm him, top bloke

yeah much the same for the sigma conversion, there about 30mm longer than ke70, have to grind the bush down and drill new swaybar holes, the ball joint is slightly different so the steering arms should be machined to fit them but can be used with out if ya keen
-
somebody slap him, hahahah
-
that's alright then, the wonders of info on the net
-
what car are the ke25 lca's going in? cos I'm pretty sure ive read they don't fit later corolla's, sigma lca's do fit tho with minor mods, and there around 325-330mm
