  9. yeah, get decent rubber and if your suspension is dead, replace it. avoid getting a cheap tyre/rim package as most of them are heavy, chinese rubbish rims on poor rubber; may give you less body roll but heavier unsprung mass and poor grip in wet. says me who has saab steelies...

  13. hey 4age's are getting kind of old school. in NSW you can't even put a 12a into a ke20. remember its either legal or illegal, no completely illegal or partly illegal as far as an insurance investigator is concerned. i'd recommend working the 4k or getting a 7k-e for such a small budget.

  19. the engineer i used in sydney said he was suprised at how well my car stopped with the ke55 discs and vh44 booster. it got a big "tick"

  23. i'm going to use a t25 from a 180sx/silvia on stock boost.
  24. get an dry cell battery for the boot as you don't have to vent it. i run a surge tank, facet lift pump, bosch 070 pump. i'm getting GZE injectors for my turbo setup but i'm not going for huge power.
  25. i had all my fuel gear mounted before i rego'd it with the old motor. have you guesstimated the clearance between the firewall and rear of the head yet? you may need a flat type rear water outlet from an ae82 twin cam. also the sump may need massaging to clear the swaybar and the tranny tunnel will need massaging a bit too. don't forget to put a plate in to support the clutch master cylinder otherwise the firewall will flex a bit.
