Hey everyone, I know this is not corolla related but i'd like to post this here anyway to help out a really good friend of mine. His R31 skyline turbo was stolen from Vermont 3133 on Tuesday morning/night (4/9/12) and has since been spotted "apparently" in the eastern suburbs driving around. Number plate is slimline vic reg WKD496. This car is very distinquishable as you can see from the pics. its very loud and has a fast engine. Please if someone spots this call the police asap. or contact the owner, Lucas on 043zero 524 73three Lucas has been building this car for years and has put soo much time and money into this car. He's as passionate about his r31 as we all are to our corollas. A reward is on offer as well. Any help appreciated. (pm me even) thanks,

spotted grahams old t18 looking sad at center rd. also this yellow 81 ke55. it had square headlights on the front like mr EvanG's car. rust in the rear was minimal.front bumper was screwed.

looks very clean. :) K50 shifter is in the same position. just make sure your k50 is from a ke70. i think the older ke30-55s had the shifter in a different position, but don't quote me on the that! those top seat covers are funny as. never seen them before..!

my avatar is a jdm ke72.deisel engine I think..?! To get that peice off,remove the inner panel and there a 3 studs holding it on. 10mm size nuts. Unplug the wiring and it will come off as one. Interesting your 4door model doesnt have a rear wiper arm on the tailgate..all four doors in aus had wiper blades on the back.the two doors did not.

I'll be there regardless. hopefully with my new rear bar fitted :D

Hey guys, was browsing the pickles auction site and found this ke38 wagon. its had a hard hit but it looks like there are plenty of good parts left to be salvaged off it. seems like an original (garden state number plates) car with no rust that i can see. Hopefully its of some use to a member on here. I'm not interested myself. Welcome mate.great looking wagon.very jealous of your front grill,light setup.they are super rare in aus! If there are some for sale in sri lanka let me know!haha. I would not change the cluster either.if u want a tacho,fit a small aftermarket one or source a dash cluster here from aust.they usually sell for 80$ and will bolt directly in. 5spd k50 would be a nice upgrade.also lowering it would be cool.get more pics up please :)

hey everyone, i have a t series axle in my corolla (open diff). been working sweet for the last year. i turned hard into a left hand corner the other day (didn't hit anything!) and i heard a clunk in the back.. i look at the back and my right hand (driver side) wheel is sticking out about 30mm more than usual! (lol) car drives fine still, it just makes a little more noise from the diff. As I'm driving it goes in and pops out again. i know its dangerous. I've stopped driving it now. what do you think has caused this?? i took the drum off and took some pics. here they are: first two pics you can see the axle is sticking out more. when you spin the rim/tyre by hand you can feel there is more drag/load on the axle. this pic below shows the drum back on the the gap it has. this pic shows it without the gap (i smacked the axle back in with a block of wood, so its sitting how it should)
