  3. Yeah seen the rig a few times! It's a weapon, carbon panels all over.. love the boszoku style oil cooler ! I'm keen on a ducktail wing... I got an ae86 TRD wing but it was way to big. Didn't suit the shape of the car either. As you see above haha!
  4. Yeah I've sunk a decent amount into these simmons and don't want to change haha! I'm stripping an s13 on friday night so will have all the front end bits and pieces to play with!

  6. I got v4 Simmons so I want to run those, thats the main reason for 4x110. Yeah if I didn't have the Rims I'd be going for 4x114.3 Each to their own. You can buy those lips on Yahoo Japan. They are a universal SHOWA front lip. Put on mk1 golfs, early corollas, datto's etc.
  7. At the moment its rubbish but all I have done is just bolt all the Ke70 stuff into the Ke to get it rolling. I'm getting a complete nissan S13 front end on the weekend. From what I have gathered.. Custom Lower control arms (S13), S13 lower hub,KE10 or RX3-Rx7 hubs to keep the 4x110 stud pattern, Peugot discs, rx7 FC 4 spot or brembo/wilwood ae86 calipers, S13 standard strut thats extremely shortened to fit into the KE10 with a HSD Sleeve kit ( Otomoto ) and also HSD camber tops modified to fit the KE10 tower top. Not sure on the shocks yet.... If your not familiar with the S13/sil/s15/180 front ends... heres a picture of how they work With all that, The ackerman and KPI is pretty close to stock, except the track will be widened a tad... but still legal so it's all good!   8. KE70 cross member, shortened LCAs, S13 lower cast strut, 4x114.3 or ke70 (ae86 stud pattern) hub, s13 coil overs and a tophat to suit the ke36 Few ways to shorten it... Check my buildthread and have a look at how I did it or LOOK AT SAM Q :) Regards jordain

  10. They look better than that one in my opinion because my ones mould the front apron and they follow the lines on the ke10 so it suits it well. Search madhouse or ajps front lip, it's basically s mini one of them but shortened and had a few bits extended so it moulds the curvyness of the ke10 It looks wicked with the fender mirrors on my car.
  11. Yeah ke70 - ke10 conversion kits, working on repro tail lights and working on rust panels ;) I'm trying to get these parts made in bulk so it's easy to fix things. Also getting ke10-25 Fibreglass front lips made up!
  12. Cheers Abbott! Now the plan... I want to keep the original switchgear set up... and I don't want to ignition lock on the column. I like it on the dash... suits the car more! I just got the hacksaw out and cut the ignition lock off and the few tabs around it... but I think i'm going to have to machine a new one up out of steel and weld it to the column!\ The column is actually laid down a lot compared to stock.. makes me feel at home as I'm use to racing openwheelers and gokarts. It felt awkward before having the wheel up so high haha!

  15. I got a few spares for KE15's. If theres no severe rust in the shell keep it and just source some new guards, bonnet and all the chrome trims... shipping would be abit but not outrageous

Best thing to do is to remove the front leaf spring, Add a whiteline sway bar for it and get some thicker springs ( I think KE20 are the ones to use from memory ) Proper way: As for the rear... Go get the rear leafs gutted, everything taken off them, have the front eyelet flipped and as them to put 2 thicker leafs onto them.. I think the ones I put on mine where landcruiser from an FJ40 Dodge way for the rear: turn the leaf springs upside down
  17. Can't fit decent brakes under 13's. I would love 13's but can't fit decent brakes under them. What rims do you have Jono?

  19. Hey mate I had 15in simmons... 15x6.5 fronts and 15x8.5 rear. I got the rears to tuck in nicely although the front you can't go over 7in.. Personally... 15" are yuck on a Ke1x. I've gone to 14in with low profile tyres.. although some how got a set of 15" chasers on it again hahaha
  20. luckly i got a complete 4age 16v.. just ran dry on oil and had a bad clunk so motor came out. I got a friend who had an ae93 which got written off so I'm going to buy it off him for $100! Has a 7afe in it. I would like a blacktop.. there just so expensive and abit more work to get into the KE10 although still easily done

  22. Brilliant work Davros. I have followed this build very closely! Get a flathead screw driver and run it along the bottum of your sill... this is what happened to me! It was paperthin, Good work though! Hope the body isn't as bad as mine was. The 4A-GE motor is great. The attention to detail is fantastic. I can't wait till this is finished!

  24. Parts room haha - Yes those are brand new KE10 Tail lights! Ke70 cut down cross member with stock Ke70 LCA with Ke70 struts with Ke10 top hat.. works nicely although RCA's and Custom Adjustable LCAs that are shorter are needed, so are camber top hats. 14x8 -15 SSR Meshies.. Look nice as and suit the car perfectly!
  25. Friends 4age with carbys.. Finding out tomorrow if I can get a manifold from a mate for the 4age so then I can run my Webers haha!
