Me, I been twice in the last 2 days. No early cars.. Only a burnout KE16 panel van and I have taken everything salvagable off it haha

Alright guys, Don't kill me for doing it. I like it but my Dad went nuts hahaha. He thinks I will get hassled by cops :fuzz: .. I'm going to get hassled anyway. Fat Simmons and P plates... Like they wont. I think they look awesome.

Philbey, There was what I thought was a perfect lens in the left tail light. I was actually going to grab that badge off the back but I ran out of time and they kicked me out  I'll send my uncle down to grab the badge, Tail light and some other things for my car. Look what I managed to get my hands on

Philbey, I got the rubbers from Spectrum/Rare spares. Here is what they can provide for our cars. Spectrum Rubber KE1x Series Parts list Sadly the screen has been smashed! :n: Pieman, As soon as I read this I quickly hoped in the car with my uncle and drove down. I managed to score some parts :) Thank you very much. As I was leaving a young dude walked down and asked the guys " Is there a ke16 wagon here " they go, Nah sorry mate. I didn't believe them and I went down the check myself, They told me the same thing.... I came back with a barrow load of parts. I got a rear bumper bar ( thinking it would fit my Ke10... but it doesn't :bash: ). I got the chrome strips for the windscreen, I got a spare set of 12er wheels for rolling my car around, I got the clear front apron indicators, the door handles ( as mine are abit stuffed up ) I got the cool steering wheel and I took some of the wiring loom ( fusebox and blinker cam ) Cheers man, I will email him to see if he can get me something. I'll get back to you about the Ke15 screen.

New rubbers :D Car has all the glass in except the windscreen. I can't find one, or get my hand on a windscreen :bash:

Those are 15x9 on the rear and 15x6 on the front. Honestly, they are the wrong wheels for the car but I like them. 13-14inch is the right periodic size for the wheels, but hey.. Gotta be abit different.

I'll take 2 RC logos aswell when they are restocked.

She's Painted! Tell me what you think :)

I think a set of 14in Longchamps or SSR Starsharks would look overrated on this car. I have a ke10 sedan with 15in V4 simmons and the wheels fill the guards well. By the way I'm located at Penrith.. from the photos it looks like the car is in industrial area near York RD in Penrith.. is it by any chance!?

Would you be interested in selling the front apron parker/indicator lights?
-
They will be staying white.. Contemplated gold but looks tacky in my opinion. I need to find another Simmons Centre cap though. One of them got stolen! :@
-
They will look tops with a straighten, some polishing of the lip and the centers repainted.

Some recent shots.

Mind getting a photo of under the hood of your ke10 :) ?

Cheer's I will give him a call! I'm after a Tie Rod end.. Only reason I put ball joint in is because my dad keep's telling me it's a tie rod end ball joint.. I knew he was wrong Oh well. I have 2 inner and 2 outer tie rod end's. My problem is one of the tube had the lock nut welded ( stick welder looked to be done in the 70's ha ha! )it was on the outer ball joint. I managed to crack the nut off, and grind the tube down back to the original shape, There is nothing wrong with the tube.. just I think some Fool was tricked by the left hand thread. I only need a new tie rod end because the thread is stuffed. A picture describes a lot better, Here are a few photo's of what I'm stuck with. Oh, By the way... Reckon I could get this boot from RareSpares or would Peter have them ? Sorry for the horid quality iphone photo. Cheer's Jordain. Hope I made abit more sense

Thank's mate, I'll take some photo's and measure them up this arvo. Ke20,30,55's all have a different style steering I think. I deffiantly know the 55 is different as I got a ke55 for spare parts for this car. Steering might work if I get depserate, But I'm hoping somebody know's where to get these part's from!

Hi Guy's, Yes, I have searched around for a while. I find it hard to believe that I can't get new Tie Rod end's for my ke10 front end. I have it all pulled apart, went down to a few local steering and suspension places and they all said I have no chance of getting bushes, ball joints or tie rod end's. I specifically need 1 Ball Joint tie rod end's. I think I can get the rubber boot's for the other ones from Rare Spares. Cheer's Jordain.

Ke30 yoke on the top with the smaller pin is the fix.. Thank's, delete this :)

I'm currently build a ke10 up. I bought a complete ke55 with a rebuilt 4k motor that has a 5 speed gear box. I did a mini rebuild on the motor to make it look good and cleaned everything in general, Got the 4k motor/5speed into the car and bolted it all up with no problems ( Except the transmission tunnel needs to be cut to get to the gear selector on the k50 ). Now my problem is the original ke10 Tailshaft Yoke doesn't seem to fit in the k50 gear box, the ke55 tailshaft yoke fits in but where the diff bolts up it doesnt fit on the ke10 diff. I am wondering what you guys normally do... I have previously just changed the yokes around although it has a different size pin on the yoke so I can't change it. I have a k40 gear box to play with, I think I read somewhere I can change the main shaft in the k40 box and slot it into the k50 which gives me the right shaft for the original ke10's Tailshaft Yoke to go on. Help much appreciated :) Regard's Jordain.

Mine has a perfect hood lining, No cuts or tears. Had belts in the rear although they were only lap sash belts and it looked to be a home job or a job done by a so called professional.

I'm not putting belts in mine. Its to hard to put them back in hahaha!
