I think I did get dirty fuel. It was 98 octane wich shit me off. I've given the carby a clean, changed the fuel filter and swapped the diszzy cabled with the ones on SL2's engine. One of the cables was kinked by the heater hose. I haven't gone onto the highway get but she seems okay. Still pings a but but the temp stays really low. I'll see how she is tomorrow on the way to work.

Another thing that shits me off is when a suicidal person decides that they want to jump off the tallest bridge in Brisbane, causing the police to shut down that artery making the city gridlocked. Then after wasting 3 hours, a quarter tank to get around him and out of the city, to find that he didn't end up jumping. He'll end up getting counseling and a slap on the wrist for ruining many peoples days and wasting so much fuel. A funny thing that happened during this was overtaking a Ford Territory before this on that gridlocked highway, then again 3 hours later on another highway. I wish he jumped to make that waste of time and fuel mean something positive.

Hey, Anyones help is appreciated. My KE30 has been playing up lately and I'm baffled to know what the problem is. It was only happening on highways yesterday while doing 100/110 but later begun doing this at 60 & uphills. I'll be driving and if I have to accelerate up an incline or speed up to a speed, the car would start to stutter and the temp would start to rise. If I were to continue and push through by accelerating more it would start to chugger violently. I'm confused and don't know what it'd be. Any ideas??

I have to agree with the passenger space in the back. I'm a tall person and when I drive my seat is all the way back. When I have passengers, I have to drive very uncomfortably so that the person behind me has leg room. There is no way that this car can be made into a 5 seater, I've squeezed 3 people into the back before, and I mean squeezed. I could barely close the doors and they were average sized people. Best keep it as a 4 seater. Also, back then the KE30 was the smallest car Toyota released in the country. It would have been the equivalent to out Yarris today. A budget small car, small, basic and cheap. As for the vinyl seats, I actually like them. I love the look. You kind of get over the coldness in the winter and pain in the summer (just wear a shirt).

Would that truck have to have a set of rego plates on every level of its trailer??

I find this a bit funny but these was just an add in the top right corner of this website advertising a "Proton" ;) Well its been a while since I've updated this thread. So here are some more random shots... I was at one of those work functions with an unlimited bar tab (have to rub it in :hmm:) and this was the had basin in the guys loo. I was pretty smashed and confused as there was no drain plug, just a flat slab. I found this amusing. the pen says, "Stolen from" and the business name. Outside my work, this car drove full speed into a parked truck. On this night I spent some time working on my nephews first car. And lastly, a first for me, a semi that folds up.
