I finished work tonight and found a RandOm note under my wiper. Donno who its from?? Anyone from here?? Anyways, thanks for the compliments whoever you are. Plus (its a KE30!!)

I did that for a couple weeks and when i went to change it to the new picture, i got the old one. Then yesterday i went to the menu where you change your avatar and my new one was there, but in the threads my old one was. I've kinda given up trying. Luckily, its on now. :D

UPDATE... I've finally gotten around to taking the roof racks off the car. I did plan on taking the seats out of the car today but since i had to put the racks on Lolla yesterday, i had to repair the damage they made today. ;)

Owch, hope shes okay. That looks repairable. It'll buff out. Reminds me of when i crashed my first car, tho mine was worse.

Last week as i was leaving the wreckers i went to i saw a car in the parking lot the looked very KE20ish. It was a four door and had the same toyota lettering on the boot that the KE20 has. Can anyone confirm that this might be a four door KE20? Sadly i didn't take pics. ;) It was at Kelly's.

Even tho the other guy isn't insured, go through your insurance and he'll have to pay THEM back. When i had my accident i decided to pay them back in installments.

Okay, lastly, i couldn't fit these pictures in that last post. Some of the panels **EDIT** Thats the BLUE i'm going. The seats. Now, the seats will need to be re trimmed but I'll take care of that when i get to it. I also have many many more parts that occupy up my garage.

Okay, so about a month ago i aquired a KE50. I pormised that it would go to a good home and since then i have make up my mind about what i am going to do with it. I have decided that i will be restoring it. Thankfully the previous owners had tracked down and already wrecked another KE50 which i accepted the parts. I am thinking that the colour that i will be Blue because i think it looks good against the colour of the seats. Here is how she looks like currently. The interior, not my choice of colours. As you can see, the dash mat is screwed on :cool: The steering wheel is my favorite. TRIP METER AND TACHO!!! TO BE CONTINUED...

Okay, so in the last pic you see that i haven't put the console back. There is a reason... I'm not sure what its called, but on the shifter the little orange indicator which tells you what gear your in was faded. So i pulled it apart and painted that part. And hey presto. DONE. Looks a thousand times better.

**UPDATENESS** So today i pulled the dash out, replaced it with a new one, stuck in the air con ducting and some of the 81 KE55 bits. Here's the ducting. Now here is where it doesn't line up?? I think I'm missing a part. The sad thing is i have two whole sets at the moment and both don't have this part. I was confused while re-assembling the air-con cause it turned out that I had two spare parts that didn't go anywhere and another part that makes it a "Third". I think that one came from a car at the wreckers which its air-con hasn't been taken. New Dash AIR CON!!! Complete Armor-All'd!! I even tried starting her after 3 or so weeks and she started. :cool:

**UPDATE** My Dash ATM And whats going in today. As you can see i'm only gonna be pulling this dash appart once. This is what i've been collecting for all these months.

All i know of is the one at Sumner Park which has NOTHING OLD. And the one that claims it specialises in Corona's, Cressida's, Corolla's & Crown's but has NONE and they make you wear a shitty fluro VEST

That's Kelly's Wreckers at Castledine. No KE10's there but a few KE2X's. Like 4 or so. I heard of a place on the Pacific Motorway at Yatala yesterday. Its got "TOY" in its name and apparently specialises in Toyota's.

I looked under the car again today and really it doesn't look too bad. I'm going to get it quoted soon. Went to the Land Of Corolla's today: And I bought one more thing that i feel makes my car look more Granny Spec. Before: After: Lastly. I've been wondering if there is a possibility to have my roof painted to leave a textured finish to resemble Vinyl?? If so i want to do that and make it black. Any thoughts??

Thanks guys for all your comments. Today i visited the Land Of Corolla's. I picked up a new front seat. Now all thats left is re-trimming. Anyone with ideas?? All black or that Cream with alittle black, like head rests??

They are getting abit uncommon. You may see them for sale on road sides still but you may see more on ebay i think. Thats probably the better way to go. Jon.

The KE55 is one model before the KE70. I love the rear bumper. I'd look sweet if you got the metal section of the front bumper chromed. Sweet ride. Jon. **EDIT** I love the Avitar pic.
