Yeah the Coupe windscreens are different. The sedans/wagon screens are the same.

Post up some pics of it dude. :D IMO keep it. Even if it gets replaced as the daily and becomes the project. Slowly work on it and fix it up. K engines are cheap to replace and easy to work on. It all depends on how much you really like the car. I have a mate who spent tens of thousands of dollars doing his up and now he is affraid to drive it. Tho if done up nicely could be a nice sunday cruiser...

We just had one on sunday. Not sure when the next will be. Maybe in a month or two.

Sounds like the original has fallen off and been lost so they've replaced it with a donor one. The one of my old pano had fallen off. I was told as long as they can prove the car was previously registered it should be fine.

Caught a couple trains today and noticed they are all the new ones. Just wondering have they just reskinned the really old ones or was I just lucky? The drivers compartment doors on the trains still look like the old ones.

Woolworths!!! Was needing to buy some lettuce and was discussed with what I saw. Small rotting heads in over sized bags. Obvious that they've been peeling the rotting layers away. Yet the price was $2.50. I remember when you could buy lettuce for under $1 and it was fresh. It was cheaper to buy their premium lettuce heads.

That said Range Rovers did the same.

Interesting build you've got so far. The front is starting to look too Hilux for my likings tho. IMO would look better with a rolla front bar, apron and corner lights. Would be interesting to see how it turns out tho. Keep us posted with the updates ay.

Welcome to the site dude. Great little cars these are. Awesome to work on and pulling apart dashes gets a whole lot easier once you know where the right screws are. Massive improvement with the new dash and with the boot. Keen to see more of the car :D

Whats the 5 speed out of? KE55 or KE70?? If its a KE55 5 Speed then no cutting is needed.
