Got the flywheel off! Rattle-gun is KING! How did everyone put there engine on there stands and what bolts? I don't have any gearbox bolts lying around :bash:

Got all my gear from the guy off eBay, I got -Chrome bumpers ( plastic bits at the end and the number plate lights for the rear ) -Quad lights ( Genuine Brackets ) -New Rear Lights ( with bulb holders ) -Grill and the Plastic covers over quad lights All for $760 Inc Postage Let the fun and games begin! 5k D shaped pistons :dance: 4k using the head First hold up , them bolts need Hercules to undo! :bash: Help? Strangely mine are very close to the beaver panel but not touching , so I didn't have to cut my beaver panel and you might need to drill some new mounting holes so it lines up all nicely.

How Psi you running? Would Guess you need Copper Head Gasket after 10 psi to be on the safe side..

I've looked into this whole process ae71rollr , Theres is some good info in here and everyone is right , there is no wrong. With these discussion's there is always 2 sides of the debate 1) Buy some SCA and do it yourself. 2) Buy some Expensive Gear and get a good job down. Both have there Advantages and Disadvantages being cash or the finish of your car. I Personally choose to go SCA way , bought my own meduim size compressor and guns from there even my paint(3m Paint) from there . I choose the SCA way because I had other things to spend money on such as my whole front conversion, chrome bumpers, wheels, engine suspension . IF you are not going to spray many cars in your life buying SCA will out weigh Expensive equipment but YES will get a better job from a $600 gun no denying it! but don't think because your equipment is from SCA you going to get a shit job its all about preperation and some practice. I still have all my guns in perfect working order because I cleaned them out after every session ,I drained my compressor after every session. My whole process cost me around 300 and I'm really happy with it!

Oh yea seen that three pack on ebay...where you mount them? there must be a way to get oil temp. Are the 5 I've choosen the essentials? Oil Temp or Oil pressure? Water Temp Air/Fuel Boost Volts or Amperage? Fuel Pressure? Ahhhhhhh so many decisions so little space!

I would personally go through some build threads looking at what wheels they used and how they sit on the car :yes: But I'm guessing R15x8 would fit if you use the right tyres maybe 205/50?

Yea I'm in Wa and they only catch you on the basic stuff (bald tires , rubbing tyres , To low , to loud , Blow off valves anything obvious to the eye ) With my 5k Supercharged I'm going to do the papers for the engine swap and when I get pulled over just hand them over the papers hoping it will deter them from looking closer :happy: Anyway I'm off to Bunnings now to buy some sheet metal for my new centre console, Need to mount the isolator switch and make room for some gauges..Orrrrrrrrrrr I could mount all my gauges on the bonnet , the isolator switch on the roof and wear a fully sick unit shirt? :laff:

Ducktails on a xE7x are blady hot! Got to have the right look for it to work! was thinking of doing it on mine.
