I love the way that Red handles for sale threads But id like to ask if its possible if the Mods/Admin's could do what i have seen AE70 (Des) do on ke70.com and that is post a reply of: "YOU HAVE 24hrs TO ADD YOUR LOCATION BEFORE YOUR THREAD IS DELETED" I know that if i was a newbie again and for my first post i did a forsale post and someone came along and just closed it i wouldnt be happy with the club and would probably not use it.

I spoke to the towie when he bought it here, It was owned by an old guy out brisbane way and he couldnt drive it anymore due to the auto and he probably just thought it was just a corolla so he sent it off to the wreckers, I'm pretty sure he said he was the original owner too.

Exactly right, Hubcaps, A transmission change and a general cleanup and its a nice driver, Hard to believe someone sent it to the wreckers.

Jon and I both commented how god damn smooth this thing runs, It has a great amount of pickup aswell, The only thing wrong with the drive system is the rear uni on the tailshaft.

My hand :thumbsup: Nah i first used my hobby die grinder with a small wire wheel to remove all the grot from the hard to reach places and gave them a wash, I then went over them with some cleaners that are kinda like steel wool and scrubbed them up and finished them off with some metal polish, I have only really finished one as i gave the other 3 a quick clean, I will post some pics soon.

Yeah that was crap, It was yellow when we hit the intersection but turned red exiting but the police said he went thru a red light (Fine sez failure to stop at yellow light), There was also a lexus beside us that went thru, The coppers reaction was 'we can only get one person', Its ok, I gave him a mouthful so he walked off.

Ha no worries at all, Towing corporations are the biggest scum which i refer to as scavengers but all the time i have needed a tow i have just gone with 1 man teams out there to make an honest living with thier own business, i used to use kev's carrying before dad got his trucks he was a bit exxy but was trust worthy, I used to go give him the keys and the money for the car and he would go around and pick up the car from where ever i got them, My dad also has no interest in f@$king people over as it will always come back to you, As soon as someone has a problem with your company they tell thier mates and they keep the chain going until you have a fair whack that don't want anything to do with your business. Keep an eye out in the commercial traders section soon for all my dad's towing business details as its just expanded. Thanks man, He only looks to charge fuel + labour, I dunno where some people get these towing costs from, You got a fairly good deal with the towing of the seca and corona in one go.
