Nah, His is regd as a 1.3L everyone tries to tell me that there is no chance cause they get regd as double that in every car, It is my fault for thinkin that a conversion is still classed as a 1.3 and not 2.6 tho.

Well i might be able to watch it if i look at the local times :P

Well i didnt wanna turn Des's thread into an arguement so I thought id open up this, My mates rx2 is registered as a 1.3L, It may be different for cars that did not come out with a factory rotor (non mazda in other words), And i know that the transport dept sez to double it but then why would they say this: (TAKEN FROM QLD TRANSPORT) Going by what everyone else is stating you cannot drive a rotary full stop if you get your P's in the period cause isnt 1146cc x 2 a 2292cc, Just something you should think about.

Maybe its if you stick a rotor in a not factory rotor car do the rules apply :bash:

I dunno how many times people say that, My mates 13BPP RX2 (factory 12A) is registered as 1.3L, The fire wall compliance plate even states the 12A as a 1.2L (597x2 or some shit) so what right do they have to say its a 2.0, 2.4 or 2.6, Will get pics of plate and rego papers if anyone wants to argue.

I have now sourced a bare GZE, I'm just waiting on the final price so hopefully i will have the engine soon :D.

If its the standard booster do you think that the mighty V6 would be pulling more vacuum and thats why its hard. (Its brakes i don't have a clue but i will try)
