  1. I only ask cause i know that 9000rpm is fairly high for a 4AGE and i have only taken mine to around 7k, id be worried about bending a push rod and so on in a 3k.
  2. Hey guys I'm just curious as i seen in a recent post that they revved their 3k to 9000rpm i would just like to know how many of you have actually done this as it is a pushrod ohv setup, Thanks

  8. Hey guys as you have probably noticed i have been away from the forums for a while so we can releive tension related to my posts but on returning i have noticed that i still have warnings that are more than a month old, I'm not trying to complain or anything like that i just want a clean slate, Thanks
  9. A HKS turbo manifold clears the area pretty good, i picked up a brand new 1 along with a T28 for $700 from the us so I'm not sure what they would be worth. P.S. Sorry i forgot to mention that this is for a 16 valve but HKS might do 1 for the 20 valve or you could modify it to suit.
  10. Its a possibility to look at as it happened to our 4wd a few times taking off, A few of the diff gears sheared off and 1 got stuck between the crown and pinnion gears locking it.
  11. Did you try reverse, sounds like a smashed diff.
  12. This seat is from an imported Nissan Navara (dunno what model or anything like that) it was a direct bolt in.
  13. If you want a cheap stock ke70 exhaust in brisbane let me know.
  14. Mate the best thing to do would be to buy some contact cleaner and just give it a good spray as the problem with most lubricants is that they hold dirt and dust so you would most probably make the problem worse.
  15. Ha i knew youd let out our little back yard bodge engine removal (as my crane was elsewhere) but hey the 4K wasnt so heavy, Afterall i did lift it out by hand :lolcry:
  16. Bert Newton - Porky Pig
  17. I said APPARENTLY, i only found it looking for stuff for my ke70 and unlike you i was only trying to help by contributing to the post, all you are trying to do is get me annoyed and ban me (why don't you slap another 10% onto my already 30%) but its not gonna happen cause right now YOU are the smartass.
  18. Apparently the exractors are the same from the ke10 to the ke70: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Toyota-Corolla-KE10...1QQcmdZViewItem
  19. This is Rolla_Boy's old setup.
  20. I found out that its a drawthru running an su
  21. u can get pressure switches (a few different types) and you make a bracket so that it fits in next to your accelerator linkage on the carby, i will try to find a diagam.
  22. Make up a throttle position sensor and make it rely on your acceleration
  23. Run it on a relay, I did this same experiment on a D15 civic engine (dual carbs, 1.5 OHC) with a force flow and it stalled/ran crap at idle.
  24. Its leaning out and it might be pressurising the carby, have it so it turns off at idle and only comes on when u need power.
  25. Is the charger running constantly?
