  1. Don't sell it!! If I had the cash and space id buy it for spares though lol
  2. Thank You gents. Good luck with the sale BUZ440 :)
  3. My daughter was born yesterday :) 'Nuff said.
  4. It's been covered about a squillion times, the word m.i.n.t automatically changes to "overrated" on this forum, due to the overuse of the word m.i.n.t on this forum :)
  5. Head to your local auto store if you get stuck (Supercheap, Repco, Bursons etc). They are still available to order, you can get either 1 lock and key, a pair and a boot lock, or even a whole kit with door locks, boot lock and ignition barell so it all matches.
  6. Ha! I saw that too haha
  7. Good call, clearance is always nice. Adelaide roads are shocking! Haha. Things will be pretty much at a halt with this soon, got a baby due in 10 days! :)
  8. Thanks Glen, I'm gonna go for 3 or 3.5 inch blocks soon, a bit lower would look awesome I think, how it is is great for cruising and still looks neat though.
  9. Amazing. That is one clean engine! Can't wait to see it go in.
  10. You guys should've come on the SMASA cruise tonight. Was pretty good! I was the only old Toyota there, got some love in the middle of all the old beasts.
  11. Thanks heaps guys! Went on the SMASA cruise tonight, was a great run! Vendablefall: The Whitewalls I got done by Adelaide Whitewalls, his name is Derryl and came to my house and did them. His work is very good. She just has 2 inch lowering blocks in the rear (pictured), and King Spring "lows" in the front end. The height is pretty good, I'll take a look at the tyre size when I'm out there next. Obviously 13 inch but can't remember the profile :)
  12. 16 with early showers.. I'm keen!

    What the hell!?
  14. Love it, surprised I haven't seen it around yet :) a good set of whitewalls would make a huge difference to this!
  15. Wicked! I'll try be there.

Spotted Wagn heading down South Rd in his KE20 tonight. Looked pretty wicked :)
  17. Oh yeah I forgot mine are square.. Haha woops :)
  18. I like the 81 grill more! Haha. Mines an 81, disc brakes, later grille and lights but round gauges. Either way, they're all pretty cute :)
  19. That's strange. Yours has the earlier grille still. I thought the main differences between an RT80 and RT81 were the tail lights, grille (check the difference between yours and mine), and the 80 had drums on front whereas the 81 had disc brake front end. Haven't seen an 81 with the older grille and lights before :) Disc or drum?
  20. Thanks man, I've been looking into historic reg but really don't wanna mess around taking the lowering blocks out for inspections. Haven't heard of that club. Got a link? .. I'm lazy
  21. I've done a bit - but not all. It already had a respray before I bought it. I've done all the other stuff, painted underneath the car and all the suspension (looks pretty schmick) got new venetians, new Whitewalls, found some nos hubcaps, took the motor out and painted it, detailed the engine bay and changed pretty much EVERYTHING serviceable in the engine, brakes and suspension department :) runs like a new car. It's funny, so many people say they hate Coronas, when I tell them I drive a 1973 Corona they don't get excited at all.. Then they see it and they froth. They hate on them without even knowing what they are hahaha ahhhhh well. I'm a happy man :)
  22. Yeahhhh I got one, used to have an RT142 skidder, that went pretty good. More into the classics though. So I'm currently enjoying this little beast :)
  23. Haha yeah he's who did the good set on my car. He's a top bloke!
  24. Neighbours are having a really loud shindig and I have work in the morning. Dammit.
