TA22/RA28 Celica orange? TE27 green? If I don't go original on my car I'm gonna go celica orange. Looks wild on mango's. I bought my NOS scuff plates from eBay from Thailand. You should look their first as its cheaper for parts and postage from their. They also have alot of NOS stuff too but also alot of repo stuff. Cheers Tally

Hey Raven Good job so far on fixing it up. Looks much better. Though I do think you should remove those headlight cowls. As you have a KE20 grill on it and they don't match Just wondering how you are going to go about changing the stud pattern on it. Cheers Tally

The early ones are rarer then the late ones. But if you look you shall find. I know of about 10 KE25s running about in adelaide and another 10 in backyards. KE20s are more common, so common in fact I see one nearly every week lol. Just remmeber and this is what I keep telling myself, its rare but not the rarest car. Its just a corolla after all :y: :lolcry: nah joking, I love my corollas :dance:! The KE2# series boosted the corolla series to 2nd best selling car in the world during 1970 - 1974. Therefore as these were mass produced there are still a fair few left in Australia and also the world. Hey charl, as I upgraded to a 4K motor in my KE25 I am in the same situation as you. My 4K alternator is different to the original 3K one. Could anyone confirm if I could change back to the 3K alternator?

RA28 celicas have solid roof lining. Would you go to a trim shop to get a roof lining copied/re-made?

Looks real neat man!!! You need to find the bonnet trim and paint the lower metal trim and it will look much better

lol mine was sitting for 17 years... Must be a KE25 thing. Or they just couldnt bare to see the colour and just hid it away out of sight :)
