Suspension & Brakes:

Front - Otomoto coilover sleeve kit, 5kg springs, Pedders dampers, disc brakes

Rear - reset & lowered 2 inches with 2 extra leaves, kyb gas dampers, drum brakes

 

Wheels & Tyres:

Front - 13x8 Performance Superlites, 185/60 federal formoza fd1 (stretched on)

Rear - 13x9 Widened Steelies, 205/60 federal formoza fd1 (stretched on)

 

Interior:

Front seats - retrimmed in cloth.

Rear seats - still original in good condition (no ones ever going to sit on them again)

Custom tacho & SAAS vintage steering wheel boss kit

Custom door panels

 

Body:

3 hole bolt on flares

'71-'72 KE20 grille

'73-74 KE25 tail lights

TE27 fender mirrors

Rear guards cut to clear tyres

 

Plans

- respray or not (going for the rat look)

- redo coilover conversion

- 3T & T50 conversion

- shakotan (low down) look

- dished wheels with stretched tyres

 

Back in Jan 2003 I dreamt of owning a KE25 just like the one below

I wanted white side walls & all...but

 

in late Feb 2003 my Dad bought me this instead. Who would complain. Not me!

It has served as my daily since...but it has seen better days.

I have seen the car with my own eyes and must say its a fantastic machine.Love to see what it looks like now though

Just to let everyone know that those photos were taken in 2003 when we just got that car.

At the mooment the paint has faded on the hood and boot lid. The are also some rust spots that my Dad has repaired.

What I mean by when I say that 'it doesn't look like that now' is that coz it served as my daily i didn't really look after it as well as I should have.
