HID head lights are illegal unless fitted from the factory. Tinting your tail lights is illegal too but if you don't go too dark the police wont care too much.

Ebay may have some stuff. You can tint your own stock tail lights. You can also buy carbon fibre wrap to cover your bonnet.

ke20 arms wont work unless you use the castor rods which wont go with out work.

No, there is no provision for a castor rod setup unless you cut and weld ke20 sections in. Thats from what ive seen in my ke11 and ke20.
