Buy the kit, Measure it all up and take to it a boiler maker or someone that has exceptional welding skills and pay them to weld it. Would take no more than 1 hour.

Drove an EB falcon wagon about 15km with no exhaust at all, Straight out of the exhaust ports. The noise and black smoke was insane. Also it had a slipping clutch so had to get a run up to make it up the hill in my old street. I had a Mazda 323 panel van and i seized the 1500 so i found a 1400 for about $30 and fitted it. The bastard wouldnt start as the exhaust valves were sticking open a little so i whipped the tappet cover off and bashed the end of the valves with a plank of wood till they were free. That crunk o shit used about 10 litres of oil in 300km. Used fencing wire to the shifter in on an old sigma. When it 1st came out it was stuck in 2nd so i found out it does 120kph in 2nd.

Yep, Change the oil and filter if you haven't all ready and just drive it for a few hundred km's and keep an eye on the smoke. It may disappear or stay. Our Ke11 use to blow a little smoke and it only had been driven a handful of times in a few years. Fresh oil and some spirited driven fixed it and now it doesn't blow anything. A 41 year old 3k that doesn't blow smoke is hard to believe, i know.

I did tyres for a while and you learn to use your body weight pretty quick. Learn how to do suicide and split rims properly, Suicide rims can kill you if you f@$k it up.

An electronic dizzy with a decent coil, leads and plugs etc will hold more revs than what a K motor can handle. My 41 year old 3k with a new electronic dizzy revs to 7400rpm then valve bounce kicks in. Also does 110mph.

Why do you want to go to a coil on plug setup ? what advantages do you think it will have ?
