  2. ok, so what 4age do you have? if your rebuilding, and got a 42mm crank u want to use late conrods, they are plenty strong, and lighter. some good cams and bit of head work and u should see 160 odd. if uv got a bigport head try and get a small port. a TRD 0.5mm headgasket will help the compression. skys them limit really!! unfortunatly with n/a any increase means $$
  3. hello well TRD used to do things for the the old ke series, but not anymore. where abouts are you? sounds like your in the states. if so u prob coul dfit a 2jz, but it wont be easy or cheap. your really the best person to find out if theirs panels avail over there, i think i can get them here but theres a bit of a distance involved......

  7. hahaha so whens the 3sgte conversion happening? sort that suspension!!!! case in point: ae92 levin stock 130ish hp vs hillman avenger, full adj race suspension (springs nolathane adjust shocks etc. 70ish hp beat me by 10 secs on a 1k track.... and it wasnt all driver!!

  12. theres no doubt hondas engineers are amoungst the best in the world. but they still arnt toyotas! dunno bout you guys but my love of toyotas is an emotional thing, logic or engineering doesnt come into it! besides i know toyotas. but I'm not gunna bag hindas, drove a mates vtec integra the other day. was good. very good. i have to say though.... i respect hondas, doesnt mean i have to respect honda owners! :insane:

  16. yeah the aw11 has the dizzy out the side. an ae101 4agze would be better... later model more power and dizzy isnt a prob casue its c/a senser

  18. replace the dizzy with a crank angle sensor and coil packs as youll be using an aftermarket ecu for a turbo anyway :insane: but yeah its a bit more $$ than a striaght ze conversion, but heaps more power :jason:
  19. forget the 4agze get a s/t 20v drop in some 4agze pistons and turbo the sucker!! :insane: but only if ya got the know how!

  23. yeah the ae86 ones are clutch type. and yes all clutch pack types will wear eventually. yikes must have been monster power! iv seen em behind some serious 4agtes (300hp) and living ok. hmm confusing eh? if you are running 200 or less power then TRD has my full backing. hows that? :insane:
  24. hmmm i don't really trust that info.. for one thing most TRD lsds nowdays are helical type... not clutch pack... and iv NEVER hears of a TRD one failing, and theyv been feed some serious power!! yes it would be cheaper for it to be delivered in nz and carryed as luggage :insane:
