  1. I plugged mine and drilled a hole in the fuel cap. Now it spills fuel when I take hard left handers.
  2. I was never really into skating. I had a few pairs of inline skates when I was a kid but I never really got into skateboarding even though everyone I knew at least had a skateboard ( even if they werent very good). I must be making up for it now though. I like skating my car. :)
  3. Plus the fact they sound like a tractor.
  4. mmm F20C. Everything else is arse.
  5. I think its more of style thing. I mean, nobody likes seeing pissy little drums behind massive 18's.
  6. For me, an adjustable panhard is more a bling thing than a performance mod. The poly bushes do make the rear end feel a bit more solid but that the only performance enhancement it has over stock. The reason I got it (besides only being 100 bucks) was to allow the fine adjustments to fit wide wheels with low offsets. A problem I had in the blue car with its stock panhard was that the combination of wide wheels and excessivly low ride height, the right rear tire would scrub on the guard on even minor bumps. This was fixed by bashing the inner lip flat and running thinner tires. But it would have been better to just shift the diff across about 2mm and it would have been fine.
  7. Lets very septate!
  8. I reckon I could get a 185 across that :P
  9. hmmm I'd be keen for some R&D.
  10. Oh OK. Shouldn't be a problem then. I wish I could find some RCA's to suit an RA65 Strut. =(
  11. What struts are you using in the front of the corolla Fook? I'd make sure the NRCA's will fit before purchasing.
  12. Damn, I was hoping to get some practice in. Oh well....
  13. oh yeah! you know i'm up for that. Put me down for a shifter bushing, spin turn knob, 75mm boss extension, camber tops and 2 7mm spacers 220 for new camber tops is a farking bargain.
  14. Yeah, I made it back in one piece. No temp, fuel or oil pressure guages and the diff is about to grenade itself. But other than that its sunshine and puppy dogs.
  15. Probably the reason they got the track on a saturday.
  16. Should have wandered down the road to the drift event. You may have been pleasantly surprised. :P
  17. mmm lookin hot. Nice score!
  18. Rust.In.Pieces
  19. Yeah, they are always selling on ebay fairly cheaply. A good deal if you are after rear coilovers.
  20. The same springs as in the blue car. HTS shocks, whiteline adj. panhard. Stock rooted bushes.
  21. I took some crap pics. Nothing you havent seen before. http://www.onthenet.com.au/~pauls/1.jpg http://www.onthenet.com.au/~pauls/2.jpg http://www.onthenet.com.au/~pauls/03.jpg http://www.onthenet.com.au/~pauls/04.jpg http://www.onthenet.com.au/~pauls/05.jpg banzai!
  22. Woohoo!! As of 1:15 am last night after 8 months my car moved under its own power! Just a few little things and its back on the road.
  23. Never underestimate the panno'. The poor old sprinter had a tough time keeping up with one on tonights mountain run. I had the front rotors glowing bright red and I'm not talking light tinge, I'm talking 24hr le mans bright red. :P Crazy shit.
  24. Don't worry. It's a FWD corolla, they don't count. :P
  25. Buy yourself some sticky rubber for the front and some crap for the rear and you will be surprised at what a stocker can do. You would be wasting your time buying a stock AE86 and modifying it from there. The AE71 is a 4 door AE86. Most mechanical parts are transferrable and luckily body parts are cheaper and more common. It would be cheaper to buy an 86 already modded. Than to purchase a car as well as add mods.
