Do they just improve the life of the carb, or improve all round performance??? Where can you get 'em from?? ;)

OK, i got all the dizzy info, so what is the best coil to run with all this??? Can i just use the standard coil that came with the 4k or should i j\hunt down the 5k coil????? Or can you buy aftermarket items???? Thanks

We will see. I am putting a kit through it this weekend and it should be on the car by the next. Ill update when I'm done, tell ya how it is running, and if i re - jet it, the specifications... ;)

Do you have to get them custom made or can you just buy them straight from the shelf???? If you have to get custom ones, do you need to give them any specific details? ;)

And all my friends tell me that you don't need a roll cage and they arent that good anyway and that they don't do anything! PROOF ;)

Yesterday, i saw a car accident, where one car hit another from behind while trying to get past while the other was turning. The cops where onto it like flies on rotten shit! But up here its completely different, most cops are great to deal with and do ALL of their jobs, but you always get the LAZY one or two.

Super Jamie, the cam will be different, but will it run with the standard dizzy?? Ive got my head around absolutely everything except the dizzy settings and stuff......

Hey, I am very close fitting a newly worked 5k in my wagon and was wondering is there anything needed when installing the new engine OR something that i must not forget? Also, will i need to rebuild and recurve the distributor to deal with the new engine stats or will it be fine until a later date??? Thanks..... Any comments would be muchly appreciated!

Interesting stuff, i guess you just have to fiddle around with it, well, it great now that i know i can do it myself..... It ran alright on my 4k, never really had much of a problem, just ran a bit rich most of the time, and used alot of full, but that was compared to a stock ae92 carb, and i spose, my car jsut used alot of fuel in general...

The last person that had it got it from the original ford or whatever, and he never even touched it, so it probably has the same jets...... But i do know a dude that has tonnes of webers, all for his VWs, and he knows how to jet carbs, he is just really hard to understand!
