  1. NAH! That means you only have the occasional blonde moment! :)
  2. Ah, sorry, having one of those blonde days....... No offence to all those blondes out there! :)
  3. Because of the price, and you cannot, work / mould glass and it not the best thing to have swinging around near the ground. + acrylic cracks - glass shatters.... and after that it is useless
  4. MMMMMM........... :)
  5. I agree with nick - fibreglass all the way I custom made my front kit - DIY all the way! :) as for the glass thing jamie, i work with glass - bad BAD idea :n:
  6. ive seen alot of thin Aluminium door cards and they really look a treat. Its one of the mods on my large list - :) We can all vouch for that! :D
  7. We could sell perspex to anyone, but i think we are a bit to far away... your best bet would be to duck into any glass or aluminium place or an actual plastic repairer.... Aluminium would be the way, but perspex would look much nicer... 3mm would be fine for your door cards jamie.... just don't drill it with a sharp drill bit.... use a blunt one or it will crack! The stuff you sell nick might be polycarbonate, its about 3 times the price , but fifty times as flexible and uv treated on one side. boat windscreen type stuff. good luck :D
  8. Thats a tricky one, i would be cheaper to buy a full sheet and cut it up yourself... perspex it flexible and cheap, prone to scratching, melting and snapping depending on its use... you would want at least 4.5mm colour wouldnt matter, but clear is cheapest - and we sell sheets of 1220 x 2440 4.5mm clear for $200.00 it would do the job, but if you look toward the future, a metal one would be better, but if put together right, a perspex one woudl rock!
  9. Whats is for??? Ive got all the info! :D
  10. I work ina glass manufacturer and we stock perspex, what do you need to know dude? :D
  11. That was a great laugh ANCULLEN - :D
  12. ERM.... I sat down and totally rewired mine..... its not that hard. Just make sure you have a manual at hand and youll be fine... :) Also, its probably best to make sure that you have all the right coloured wires as well. And TRUST ME, it really helps in the future. (eg, when the fuel guage stops working after playing in the dash, you whip out the manual, choose your colour and follow it around til you find somethin....) HAVE FUN! :D
  13. ALOT of them seem to look very similar to the newer gemini's.... How awsome are all the rollas though! :P
  14. http://paper.freespace.jp/moro/ev-030503.html can someone give me a HELL YEAH! :P

  16. I here this rule is getting bigger and bugger down in NSW and soon to be up here in QLD! I definately agree, its just that people are driving silly and just plain don't know how to drive... :P
  17. WOW, all amazing info! Thanks alot guys!
  18. wow, thanks a lot ancullen.! That would save a big engine conversion and since it has lots of torque, thats exactely what he wants! AWESOME! Are these sportivo's very rare?
  19. don't WE ALL
  20. I'm fairly sure that they were sold at the same website.... Ill try and find it for you.
  21. WELL, lets just say that ANYTHING can be found on GOOGLE! :y: I found everything from full direct bolt on turbo kits for the 4afe engine starting from $2500 and a full article on engine conversions from the 4afe to the 4age and 4agze.... Thanks for your help guys, I'm sure that my friends rolla will be almost flying soon.....
  22. The switch from the supercharger to the turbo is pretty much straight forward as it is all there.... just make up a turbo manifold to suit and get a suitable turbo. The 4agze engine is a good strong starting point for a nice power making turbo engine :D (i am very familiar with the 4age engine) :D
  23. Thanks for the info guys.... Ill get back to you if i find some valuable information....
  24. Do they have the same engine mounts? Because that would be a great starting point if they did, and once it is working, he can switch it to a turbo without to much trouble! .... Thanks
  25. WOW, that sounds awesome. I saw them when they were up here at the show. They are really good and do some extreme stuff... Like jumping one another, drifting, circle work, tail to tail, front to front - a lot of precision driving! :D And they sound awesome - well, for a v8 anyway! :D
