  2. put a rack and pinion in my te71 u need a ke70 or ae71 rack and steering column then its bolt in u may have to grind a bit off the firewall for clearence thoough

  5. use a t18 pedal box thats what i run plenty around all u gota do is drill new holes in the top where it bolts on the firewall simpla as and cheaper than an ae71 item
  6. so I'm assuming that ur not gonna use an a series crossmember? does that also mean ur not gona do the rack and pinion conversion? just a word of advice do it once do it right ive had to many problems with mine trying to take short cuts good luck anyway
  7. you guessed right my setup consists of an ae71 steering column and steering rack with xt 130 lca and steering arms straight bolt in no mods required for a te72 (u may need the firewall adapter plate i used it in mine) i also had to cut some of my firewall out but reembering mines a te71 import just half stepping did his into a te72 with no mods so if u need help ask him hes on ke70.com ill put pics of my rack and pinion setup too

  9. are u using the standard t18 t series crossmember? i did mine into a te71 almost identical to te72/t18 conversion u need to use an A series crossmember EDIT just read the rest of ur thread go buy an ae71/ae86 crossmember its a straight bolt in ull also use the t50 3tc gearbox crossmember also have u converted to rack and pinion yet as u will most likely need to

  14. i beleive u use gh sigma contol arms which give u about -5 degrees camber there is also another model of sigma arm u can use but that gives u -7 degrees camber but can be corrected with camber tops

  18. the 4age is a jdm from an ae86 the smoke is white and only happens to get worse as the revs increase if i let it idle it doesnt smoke alot not really noticable the oil leaks only when the car is moving (i can see a oil line all the way from my house to bob jane tmart lmao) when the car sits still its fine and the oil doesnt leak thanks for ur replies guys
  19. got a few questions 1. my car is pouring out more smoke than a smoke machine (got dob in to the cops by some random) whats causing this is it burning oil? 2. my car has a random tenecy to not start when it starts if u try to accelerate it will stall u keep having to start the car and accelarte until it doesnt stall checked all the sensors there in good working order 3. a shit load of oil is pissing from my gearbox (the little gap wear the gearbox connects to the motor) what need to be done to fix it Gasket?   20. u don't need to own an engine crane kenards hire charges $50 a day and thats plenty off time to take out the old motor and fit the new one did mine by my self no dramas
