is it reparible or do i need a new alternator

hey guys i got a 4age in a e7 and my altenator is not charging i have no clue whats wrong it was working but now it stopped and my batterys completly dead and the batterys only two weeks old any help apreciated cheers

4afe will lower the compression toda make high compression pistons otherwise get a thinner headgasket

i didnt want to drill into the strut towers so i mounted mine up front on the radiator support pannel which makes it alot easier to get to I'm suprised how much oil it catches

went to drive my car today and it runs fine and all but when i rev over 4000 rpm it just free revs and the car doesnt pickup speed has anyone else had this proble or knows how to fix it cheers

what programs are people using to create these images? imo the old logo looks better than any one of these are people just using those net text creators? ill have a crack tonight with fireworks but my skill are pretty rusty though

autotechnica bosskits are adr complaint and so are saas but it really dosent matter the cops don't really defect you for boss kits but more for steering wheel diameter and yours is larger than 320mm so your pretty safe unless u get a cop whose power trippin

i owned a 2t and it was gay it would make skids but that was in first gear if i went up a hill it would labour real hard better off putting the 3t in

take it to gold coast engine rebuilders if u can get the flywheel out ur self they only charge you $54 and they do a really good job

correct me if I'm wrong but i think i read somewhere in your ride thread that your using a t series crossmember with ur 4age engine. if u put a a series crossmember in it will make it alot easier then customing one up

so uve made up a custom tailshaft to suit a ca to borgwarner diff but when the time comes to upgrage to a hilux diff or whatever your going to use your gonna need another custom tailshaft whitch costs more money its best to do it once do it right if u do things on a budget they end up costing more casue you hae to redo them

have u seen the ta22 crossmember it definatly wont fit get that mate off urs to contact me to pick up the crossmember from me if ur still interested alternativly i don't know if it would work but you could try cut the mounts of the ta22 and weld them onto the ke crossmember

apperently they have an extra tooth on the rack

rn41 hilux diff can take lsd's and is same length as sprinter diff but cause it runs leafs u need to hack up another diff and transfer all the spring seats and 4 link holders over

mothers metal polish works well
