Small update. Got my dash pad back. So that can go back in today. Also got console lid and gear boot back. Rego this week. Be hitting the streets soon. Unfinished unfortunately but nearly.

No heavier than the 17's that used to be on it. I should be getting some more trim pieces back today. Pretty excited.

Fine hey. The tyres were put on by a mate so they haven't even been balanced yet. Got up to 90km/hr no wobbles.

That was the idea. Wide enough to get wide tyres and wheels. But still look stock unless u know The cars well. Took it for a spin today and thus far it's pretty quiet. But atm. I'm missing my crash pad (had to be reworked). 1 door trim and my rear seats. Also both driver side door have yet to receive dynamat treatment. Here a few more pics. Trim and stuff. Wheels repainted. Driver seat. And I'll throw this in. A Photoshop with white walls. I reckon I'll do it at some point

Update. Glass in. Most body panels done. Still minor bits to go. Body has had full rub back and polish. Spoiler on. Interior nearly complete. Everything works still so that's a plus. Anyway pics will do the talking.

Yeah mate I've been out of touch with this site for ages.. it's more a Ke site. And I don't have one anymore. I'm lurking around now cos I want another one.. but the prices are too damn high!

So here is some pics and info on my wife's car. It's a 2010 Camry. Gen 6.5 (facelift) So far. Mods are. Paint. Whitewalls. Old school Toyota centrecaps. Bolt on spacers. Subwoofer installled. Led lighting inside. Roof spoiler. Slim weathershields. Boot spoiler. Lipped rear guards. Heaps more to come. Once the Rolla is done Plenty more to come

More to come over the next few weeks. Trim will hopefully be completed by end of the week. Windscreens should be in on Thursday. Lil bits finished off for paint. Soooon.

Well a lot of progress has been made with this. Paint has been almost completely done. Only grill fuel flap and one mirror cover to go. It's looking great. Fender flares have turned out better than I had hoped for.

UPDATE Dash been wrapped in leather Leather seats Luxury carpet. Deep pile stitched to a 25mm foam layer. Custom spoiler. Dynamat over everything... Doors inner and outer. Floor boot area and roof Black velour roof lining More to come hoping to have it finished off and driving again within the next few months

Buump it up. Great little car. My daily and is great to drive.

So I have here an excellent little car. 1.3ltr. Fuel injected. 2000 model. Has full leather interior. Electric sunroof. Power steer and really cold aircon. 156k kms. Get approx 500 kms to 30l of fuel. So if your after a complete comfy econobus this is it. Also has 2 new tyres and the remaining 2 are in great nick. Full set of alloy wheels as well. 5 speed manual. Thanks mate. Atm I've been busy with work so haven't had a chance to work on it. So far the motor has been removed. The head is fixed and ready to go on. New clutch. Fix the timing cover. Nearly ready to reassemble. You want it? Haha.

Did some polishing to the beast. did one side boot and roof. so still quite a bit to go. process is 1500 wet sand. then 1500 orbital pad then 2000 then 3000 and it looks like that. then hit it with compounding foam with farecla g6 then finish it with grey foam pad with g10. 3000.. one side is still 1500 wet sanded. jst to compare difference. between that and 3000. then polish.

Then finally body painted and reassembly begins. steel wool is brilliant for cleaning years of grime off glass. refurbed the taillights. polished chrome and fresh silver.
