  1. 3 x 14mm nuts on the top of the strut tower 2 x 19mm bolts that hold the strut to the steering arm. 2 x 14 or 17 mm bolts that hold the caliper to the backing plate. Tip, Remove the little clip that holds the brake line to the strut, and slit the littel bracket so you don't have to disconnect the brake lines for the calipers.
  2. Thats f@$ked.

There's a Blue KE36 that gets around the Hallet Cove/Lonsdale area. Not Scotty's 26 tho. Spotted a White KE25 on South Rd, bedford park approx 7:30am, Tint, Exhaust. Looked pretty clean.
  4. Chris, Hope to see your KE38 on the 2012 GOR trip!
  5. Congrats dude! Sparks sound like the flywheel hitting the adaptop plate. Check clearances when you pull the motor out.
  6. Can't have a local suspension joint tweak/bend the bottom of the struts? What setup are you running on the 65 struts? There are a few sets of XT130 struts for sale up in QLD in Toymods..
  7. I'm sure whatever you get will be sick..
  8. 99% are Flat top piston. The dished piston ones are refered to as 4K-U. Dished pistons denoted by the tabs under the 1st and 4th spark plug tube as per dished piston 5K's
  9. All good man, figured you'd be a little dev about selling on the 20. Chin up, maybe a KE1x? :P
  10. We tried this in Greenmac80's KE30 with MX62 struts and RA65 steering arms. It ended up putting the balljoints and tie rod ends on a shithouse angle...
  11. Least you need to replace stuff for a worthwhile reason....
  12. Condition?
  13. Try some 320 double sided foam pads, removed the clear coat on my challengers really well.
  14. Evski, Hows about you send me down a 4.3:1 Borgie, Kthanks. One of the caps had half of the roller bearings smashed, mixed with grease to make some metalic sludge. Another GMB fitted, see how long she lasts....Now taking bets... :P

Spotted a white KE36/38 wagon in Unley tonight, Parked just off of Cross Rd.
  22. Like Reed said, use it as fuel to prove him wrong
  23. No, thats the Uni Joints. On average of 1 uni/wk Going Borgy, for the fact i can use a massively bigger tailshaft, with bigger (Holden 6cyl) uni joints, and the tailshaft will work with the W50 thats going in.
  24. Depends on the Model of diff in comaprison in the Strength detbate.
  25. Cheers Bro! Wouldn't have happened if it weren't for a big number of people that have helped along the way! On a darker note. Have broken something. Not sure what it is, but its not how it should be. If anyone has a 4.3:1 Late KE30 or KE55 Borg Warner diff in good condition, please let me know asap.
