haha, believe me i am currently working out how to get a 7-8" rim on the back that will take a hub cap :jamie: here is a crappy skid vid from the photo shoot, the 1600cc injectors and all the stop starting i had to do for the shoot fouled the plugs, they cleaned up ok though once i got some boost going. spot on, then another issue pops up under decel down the bottom of the track when the front squats and you end up with a heap of toe in. She's all polished to she'll polish no more, looks ok i guess, majority of the paint is 35 year old.

Nope its never done a wheelstand in its life, done a best of 1.49 60' years ago with some small slicks. Not sure on the weight difference but thinking alot as the front ride height dropped substantially

Will be sneaking up on it, not entirely sure i can get wheelies bars on it yet

Its still on leaf springs but i have made a fair few bits and pieces under there that should help with traction. No choice on the chute, ran 140mph on first pass and it wont get any slower :) i wanted to wait till i earnt it to put it on haha

Sorry about the delay, a 9" will fit but if you want to maintain a lowish ride height you will need to cut out floor pan to clearance the diff centre, not overly hard. The 28x9 ke20s at the drags don't need to as they are so high in the rear to clear the wide rubber.

looks good, floorpan of the pvan is alot different to a sedan by the looks. Any reason you did not go a 6 point cage? if you ever run fast than 10.00 i think it is they will pull you up on it.

Very cool, watch out for the more power bug, it bites hard and the ol rotarys like to feed on wallets by the dozen lol How did you go about raising the tunnel? another diff alternative is a shortened r31 skyline borg warner, pcd will match your ke70 front swap and 14" wheels will fit over the disk brakes, they have 9" size axles and with a mini or full spool they are pretty tough.

WTF never seen that before, doubt you'd be able to get the wrong size plugs in there in the first place, how hot did this thing get?

Lol, stupid thing is with a smallish gas shot it will stall to whatever boost on the transbrake i have no doubt, the problem is i am going to have huge troubles transfering it to the ground. I can get a 305x60x15 or 28x11 slick if need be, perhpas my choice of hilux diff was unwise lol. I am guilty though, i did think i enjoyed steering over powered cars, right up until i felt it power up to 140 and want to keep going lol, feels kind of dangerous

Cheers mate, you and i have similar goals :y: i am not sure if your car is mini tubbed or nut but its already super quick, 9.60s at 145 on pump with a 42 with a smallish tire makes me think i went a bit silly on my turbo and wheel tire sizing sizing lol :o
