Looks like a Cusco prefab bolt-in. Some people value their dash more than others. I've never seen one in a roll over accident so I can't really comment on their effectiveness but its gotta be better than nothing at all.

Look where the bill of rights got the UK. They're now so paranoid about infringing other peoples rights that the very thing they were aiming for was eliminated by their bill of rights. Personally I think they all look dreadful. Cheap knockoffs, the lot of them. The only one that even comes close to looking good is #2 because its actually a pretty close copy of SSR's Type C. Still doesn't look anywhere near as good as the original.

You're barely even scratching the surface as far as lift and shaving goes. Definitely check but I can't say I can think of anyone bending valves in a K motor.

BlindKidSeeks Personally I think just leave it. Painting plastics can go disasterously wrong and leave you with a car that has a poor resale value. The photos in the tutorial thread you posted are too poor too show up the inperfections that will invariably be there. And what about in 5 years time when the paint decides to flake off?

Silvertop 4A-GE + T50: 155kg SR20DE + FS5W71C: 183kg Difference: 28kg T50: 29kg FS5W71C: 44kg Difference: 15kg So of the 28kg difference 15kg is in the gearbox behind the firewall the remaining 13kg I suspect is actually low in the engine with the forged full counter crank (16kg alone! 4AG is ~11kg so theres 5kg) and the crank girdle (don't have a spare one to weigh :P). Probably a little bit in the flywheel too, they're fairly large and hefty but behind the front axle. I don't think you will notice, you'll be too busy enjoying the awesomeness. Then again, I am biased :D
