Ok the guy who offered $800 ono has now negotiated the price via email to $600. I told him I'm going out for an hour and will think about it and give him my address when I get back. I'm not very creative today so can someone give me a witty reply to send to him?

The stupidity continues... Some young lady phoned up enquiring about the KE70 and asked me if it had 6 seats. She said some came with 6 seats and she needed it for all her kids. I should have taken her address and posted her some condoms

Stupid shit like this..... Extract from email - I will give you $800 ono cash tonight for your yellow ke70 I advertised my KE70 on bumtree for $1500. This is the kind of stupid crap I have to deal with. There is a mobile number supplied if they are so confident of their offer why don't they call. I have decided I have plenty of time to waste so I replied and asked when they can pick it up. Let's see what their reply is. My guess is they won't even have the $800 they offered. Better yet they did say $800 or near offer so maybe they will halve the price again and I will get offered $400.

Its possible they looked like that... I had them fitted when my exhaust got fixed and to be honest didn't give them a good look over. It is hard to find good extractors that fit the early birds so you kind of have to take what you can get.

Tally I got a set from Exhaust Technology for my KE20, think they were about $280. No problems with fitment etc

Basic insurance principles suggest if you hit someone from behind you are 100% at fault. I just get on the horn when people do shit like that - lucky for me the Commodore has a loud as hell horn which usually scares the crap out of people. Sadly the KE70 horn sounds like a dying sheep so people don't take any notice

Most people say that it is difficult and annoying to sell a car. I don't find it that difficult when I sell because I put in some effort. Yeah I have had my time wasted - who hasn't? I am trying to find another car at the moment and I am finding sellers difficult :bash: It isn't that hard to make yourself available and actually have your car half presentable when I get there is it? :blush:

I'd be suss about giving someone information about my Rolla if it was as modified as yours. Also it would get annoying having people continuously ask you how you went about things, when the majority of people asking neither have the skill, money, nor intent to do it themselves. I'm all for genuine interest in a car but most people are just wasting your valuable time with nonsense. Some things are best kept private too for security reasons.

a bit of searching on youtube found me the exact car I saw.. I used to work with the guy who owns this.

Checked my bank balance and I don't have $106K for their full kit - bugger. This thing sounded amazing and was so good to look at. I read with interest the fact it comes with fully adjustable coilovers which appear to be height adjustable. :hmm: and they get registered as an ICV. I guess a cop isn't going to worry defecting something like that are they :wink:
