Bit of an update, but still no engine bay pics. Picked up the old tacho dash from the olds place, just needs a new lens and a clean up. Whats the best way to go about changing the lights for the cluster?

Nice score mate! Not too many 2 doors getting around, and it looks like a sound frame for a project.

One thing that can really affect tire wear is the balancing. Plus any shaking through the steering wheel or seat can be frustrating and possibly affect other components in the future. If you buy a second hand car I would recommend getting the balance checked on all four wheels, and while they are on the balancer possibly check for buckled rims :) one other thing I'm not sure if you mentioned altezza, tyre pressure. Very important, but always overlooked.for anyone who is in the dark with tyre pressures, with an average size car with non low profiles, 34-36 psi is a substantial amount. Low profiles are a bit tricky, but usually anything with a 50 profile or lower, run between 36-40 psi depending on how heavy the vehicle is. The heavier the vehicle, the more pressure you run :D over and out

Too right fly! The last car I technically owned and drove was the wrx, and I sold that in december :( it has been far too long. This thing would pass roadworthy as is I reckon, everything is so well preserved! Will have to get shots of the engine bay when I get back to town

Needs a good buff, but genuine, as in GENUINE one owner. Perfect uncracked unmolested dash and center console. And don't even get me started on the engine bay :D even has factory Venetians still on it

ok guys have finally paid the rocket off. its a 1981 ke70 cs 5 speed. completely stock as a rock, bit dirty and paint is pretty poor, but turn the key and away she goes :) has 4 good tyres already, clutch grabs when its supposed to, all gears shift smoothly, and the interior is awesome minus a few small tears in the rear seat. will keep everyone updated as the progress continues. these photos are as i picked it up has not been washed or vaccuumed.enjoy :)

Ok so just under a week to go guys...I might have to take some time this week and try and get the mazfa running again before the weekend :/ bring a tent/swag/panno if you wish to stay for the night, although we may have room for air beds inside or in the office building. If you can let me know in the next couple if days that would be awesome.
