Hi all, I've been away from rollaclub for a while, at the moment I am building an AE71 with JDM bigport and JDM fuel tank. I am stuck with too much confusing information regarding the wiring. I have a circuit opening relay. I have one of these http://www.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=SY4076&CATID=79&form=CAT2&SUBCATID=979#1 And i need to know how to make it all work Ive grounded the earth wire from the fuel pump in the boot I also came across this: White/Black - Wires to to STA - Starter/ECU Start Signal. White/Red - Wires to EFI Relay - +12v Ignition Switched power (Run through a suitably sized fuse, 10A is usually fine, but depends on your fuel pump). Green - Wires to engine run signal - "FC" pin on 4AGE ECU. Black - Wires to body earth - Wire to closest earth point. Blue/Black - Wire to fuel pump positive - Gives power to your fuel pump. One guy from 86DC said this: The efi main relay is just a regular relay. The oem one isn't required unless you want to have it plug into the *e7* standard engine bay fuse/relay box (i know there is a spot for it, but not sure if the wiring is there like an 86 one). All the efi main relay does is give a 12v ignition source and power the ecu, the fuel pump and possibly one or two other items (probably on later model 4a's). I usually use the black orange wire (coil/igniter power) to trigger a new relay and create a new 12v iginition source (and label it efi main). Another: The COR is supposed to draw its power from the EFI main relay (there is no seperate fuel pump fuse). The EFI main relay will be switched by IGN connected by a 15amp fuse to the battery. The EFI main relay also powers the ECU and TVIS actuator. I'm just confused. someone care to help or draw me a diagram to follow?

I really think you are wasting your time going for the stretched look, good luck going around corners in the wet as well lol Just go for a normal sized tyre and save up for something else. We will still think your illest don't worry

I think the OP has to make an official decision on what car he wants. You can set up a car for both but you also have to think of where you are going to race the car and where your going to drift it. Is it going to be street registered? What are the regs of the class you want to race in etc If its not going to be street registered do you have a trailer and a tow car to take it there? Have you raced before?

What about normal karts?

really, just don't waste your time. if it was a good way to turbocharge an engine you would see it alot more if you mount your turbo low with a box/heatshield and drive normally noone will know. where will you put the rear turbo anyway?

how are the cars?

Those shifters are cheap shit and I would not recommend buying them.

Just bringing this back up from the depths, still havent found the time to take the engine out yet, but will most probably be getting into it during my 4 week break

First, I think you should work on your grammer lol would make it alot easier to read! Secondly, I don't think that AE86 brakes would be enough to make it legal. What you could look for is AE86 coilovers then do a brake upgrade to those
